Great upgrade for a PS3 or laptop. Cheapest delivery is £2.58 but free over £50.

With SATA interface, WD Scorpio Blue drives offer high-performance, low power consumption, and cool operation, perfect for notebooks and other portable devices. Pick the drive that suits your needs with the confidence in knowing that all WD Scorpio Blue drives are built to the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Whether they are in an external drive or a notebook computer, WD Scorpio Blue SATA drives offer the most available capacity for space-hungry operating systems with plenty of room left over for photos, music, and video.

In a notebook drive, silence is golden. WD's exclusive WhisperDrive combines state-of-the-art seeking algorithms to yield one of the quietest 2.5-inch hard drives on the market. These algorithms also optimize the way a drive seeks for data, which significantly improves power consumption. So now silence (and longer battery life) is golden.

WD's ShockGuard technology protects the drive mechanics and platter surfaces from shocks. WD's SecurePark parks the recording heads off the disk surface during spin up, spin down, and when the drive is off. This ensures the recording head never touches the disk surface resulting in improved long-term reliability due to less head wear, and improved non-operational shock tolerance.

Typical
Only yesterday, I gave in and ordered one from Play, as My DH dropped his laptop and the HD has been extremely temperamental ever since - and it does make him proper grumpy!!

Personally I would rather buy this drive off Ebuyer as the same drive I ordered from Play a few months ago was packaged very poorly (little protection) and I have heard similar stories. Works out the same price as play if you're paying for postage.

I couldn't believe the Play packaging. The HD was only in a slightly padded bag and the 6 or 7 quid USB case was bombproof.

Pity about the delivery as it's a good price. I bought the same of amazon couple of weeks ago for my PS3. Now £44.32 delivered there (marketplace seller)
