This was posted last week at the same price from Amazon * but has now gone up to £60.35. It's also available at Currys at the same price. Have just picked one up to use with my Asus eeePC and it works no problem - a nice bit of kit. Ok you can get bigger capacity drives but not this small and USB powered.

direct link added (Thanks Agent_Silver)
* 19 Feb - now back down to 49.95 at Amazon

Yes it's a 2.5".

No it's not expensive.

As for the cold votes, some people don't understand the difference between a 2.5" USB powered drive and a 3.5" drive that needs main power to run.

I voted hot.

if it's a SATA drive, then it would prob cost you £50 for the drive alone!

Buy it, swap your PS3 drive and use the enclosure to create a 40/60GB portable drive.

Reserved one yesterday. Nearest comparison I could find was the Maxtor 80GB for £40 at Maplins but this is smaller, neater and double the size for £10 more. Just picked mine up...works great with XP but my Vista machine just will not load the drivers for it (I know it does not need drivers-Vista bug!).

Still, voted hot.

I bought one yesterday...good price, and the silver case and blue led match my Inspiron perfectly.
Voted Hot.

£4.95 delivery, but there is a 5% off voucher on HUKD, still slightly more expensive than going into the store and buying it....highly recommend this drive, vista backed up to it beautifully last night.

Try the reserve service on the site and it will tell you the nearest store where in stock.
