Seems a good Price for a 1TB hard drive that can be got in most branches of Currys - no need to worry about Christmas postage. Same price as Amazon, without the wait.
Can't seem to find anything cheaper online which is strange.

Got mine today, tried it and it seem quiet, has a neat combined plug and power-supply with conventional plug and a good lengh USB cable. It's compact and solid feeling with handy rubber end caps for protection. Looks good in matt black on top of my black pc.

im actually after a media player now that can accommodate a 1TB drive, I was thinking of buying the Samsung 1TB drive about £73 on ebuyer and £72 from scan. I want to use the drive in a media player so i can hook it to my telly and watch all my files etc on my telly. Any recommendations for Media players that hold 1TB are welcome:thumbsup:

There's a neat Western Digital media player for about £80 that plays all file types including .mkv, DivX, Xvid, mpeg4 and full 1080p content. You connect any usb hard drive and then use HDMI to your TV. Comes with a remote and looks pretty good

This is a pick up only deal from High St branches, I got my drive in Currys in Oxford St, but I saw them in Newbury and Chippenham high st branches at £78.28 this week as well.

For some reason their online price is higher, but logic has never been a Currys strong point.
