have 4 wd disks, used to be a fan of their supposed reliable products (old ones were tho, new ones arent). 2 have failed within a year of purchase (mind you my lacie 320gb ext drive last <3months!!)....after my experience with the dreadful support from this arrogant 'couldnt care less about our customers' company i wont be buying another wd product again
