I am aware you can purchase a 1TB Toshiba drive from Play for £70 delivered, but let's not focus on other products. If you have a Popcorn Hour or WD HD Media Player this is a great accessory; it will power down when not in use unlike some of the other external drives. It's also only available in black from CDiscount, but it'll match your media player!! If you buy a WD HD Media Player you get the My Book stand free which is always a bonus.

I've looked around and see you can get this item from Misco for £88.53 delivered (and 3.5% Quidco) so this isn't the cheapest deal, but you can spread the cost at CDiscount over a 3 month period interest free. Considering we're in a credit crunch and if, like me, £30 a month for 3 months is easier to swallow than £90 in one go (I have car tax and MOT in the next month) you have nothing to lose. Again, let's not compare the cost to other products - this is strictly a deal if you fancy a WD External HDD.

So to recap:
£91.98 for a 1TB WD My Book Essential delivered, with 6.5% Quidco chucked in - when you can spread the cost over a 3 month period interest free. Bargain!

I think I read earlier that ebuyer deals are banned on here? Not trying to be awkward or anything :)

Good job I only posted it as a reply rather than a deal post then. However, removed just in case
Aye, I know you can save a few quid at other places with a bit of Google power, but spreading the cost over 3 months was too tempting - and for £21 more than a Toshiba one it auto-powers down and fits in better with the colour scheme. £21 well spent in my opinion.

If you can get a buy now, pay later interest free deal cheaper than this then by all means stick in as a response, I'll even edit the original post to include it :)

Edit: -12? Maybe I should have had the first reply in big, bold letters repeating my little disclaimer about why this is actually a pretty good deal (in my opinion) :-D

isnt this only £84.99 at Amazon....
Thanks for this, just bought one with the 10% off www.hotukdeals.com/item/385752/10-off-a-75-spend-cdiscount-discoun/ Making £77.99 delivered + Quidco. Very pleased with that :)

I have the 500GB version and having another is great for continual backups.
If anyone wants a similar quality drive for under £80, Amazon's just dropped the price on the 1TB Buffalo www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/B001ER6CIW

Mind choose free Super Saver delivery.
