Just what I was looking for a friend.Thank you

They are £15.10 on an argos linked site.
https://www.hive4business.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=22812&storeId=19552&productId=99193&psv=3&shoppingMode=&langId=-1&parent_category_rn=92507&pageType=P

But a good deal heat added. I may pick some up from the store and that gets around the cost of postage.

Very cheap price.
Didn't know Wharfedale did phones.
Usually associate them with audio equipment!
Hope they work well.

I just found out that Argos won't let you buy and collect from the store, you can only reserve and collect and if the price goes up in the meantime you take the hit. I don't think it will go up, but as they don't have any in stock until Wednesday I wasn't sure what to do. I have reserved one, but would like to have bought it and used Quidco as I have just signed up for it.
C'est la vie.

thanks mate reserved one,
heat added! :-D

Didn't know Wharfedale did phones.

A lot of Wharfedale stuff is rebadged, so I'd imagine they're manufactured by somebody else.

Sadly like most British Audio equipment manufacturers they became part of the International Audio Group (Chinese) from Wiki :

The International Audio Group (IAG) is a Chinese manufacturer of consumer and professional audio & HiFi components.

In the past the IAG purchased several British HiFi manufacturers: Wharfedale, Quad Electroacoustics, Mission, Tag McLaren, Audiolab and Castle Acoustics plus several Italian manufacturers of lighting equipment including f.a.l. and Coef. It has manufacturing plants in Shenzhen, China employing in the region of 3500 people. Design of the products is done by experienced British, American and European designers. IAG is also manufacturing luxury yachts in a new shipyard, also in China.

And further to this sadness, the IAG allowed the following to happen to the Wharfedale brand, also taken from Wiki :

The name has been licensed to Argos for the manufacture of electronics products, who use it on digital terrestrial television adapters, headphones, television sets and other products. All Wharfedale-branded speakers are still made by the original firm. Now they make all kinds of electronics from 50" TV's to HDMI cables.

So, whilst making value for money electronics for Argos of generic electronics rebadged as Wharfedale, by licensing the name causes confusion..there again if generic electronics had been badged Argos I guess it would affect purchase!, there are still quality Wharfedale speakers in production.

This deal is hot in my opinion Wharfedale branding or not, 3 phones for 18 quid is a steal...voted hot :)

Really!?!? Did they say anything to you when you paid for them or did they just arrive to you with 4 instead of 3??

This is a great price for 3 phones.
Would these work with Caller ID?
#19
just going to post this myself - thanks - heat from me I thinks its a good deal
#20
GREAT DEAL.. I have the twin pack of these(paid £36.59, just found my reciept) and the only annoying this is with caller id rather than when the phone is ringing the persons name stay on the screen, it flashes alternating with the persons name and then their number so it takes you a little while before answering to work out who's calling (if that makes sense) lol

The Quad set will be a substitute because they ran out of the triple set. Argos do this at times.
#32
One of the reviews says "brought this item easy to use and set up but didn't realise it didn't have caller id"
can anybody confirm if these have caller id?or do they just display peoples numbers you have in the memory.
thanks
still hot either way!!
