Wheelie Bin Store B&Q In-store @ £25.00 (Clearance)

AndrewRossAndrewRoss

Hide your unsightly wheelie bin!

These were £75 when I last looked at them and it seems they had been reduced to £59.98.

They are now £25, this might be store specific, I got mine from B&Q Boucher Road in Belfast, they are all sitting outside near the entrance. There were about 3 or 4 left alongside some other garden storage thing that was reduced to £20.

The picture is not exactly the same, I can't find it on B&Q, but it looks very similar.

They are flat-packed and come with all the instructions etc. I don't think that it will take too long to put together though!

Hope this is of some use to someone!

Better stll - leave the bin on the main road so when verdant (our contracted bin men in South Oxfordshire) bother to come they can ignore it or trash the street with empty recyled packages.

A few of my neighbours never bother to even take their bins into their garden and just leave them on the pavement... but then again they're the same ones that never cut their hedges etc either.

In my area, the lazy sods get a £110 fine if they leave their bins in a public place (after collection day)

Yep it's supposed to be like that here too... and I have notified the council of this too, but they still haven't done anything about it :x

Don't get me wrong, I am not one to complain over nothing... just that these people leave their bins out ALL the time and blocks the pavement. If someone just forgets for one night then it's no big deal.

Are these for the small wheelie bins or the big ones?

They are for the big wheelie bins (normal size black ones) I used to have a smaller blue bin for recycling but I don't think they make them in 3 sizes, do they?

Well wood is easier to hide than plastic in many ways, for example it's easier to blend in with your garden. I take it you have a black plastic fence?:whistling:

The best one i saw recently someone had covered their wheelie bin in a sticky back covering showing a pattern of green leaves so blending in more in their garden surroundings good idea i thought, cheaper than a fire wood hide away

Our bin man wouldn't see ours by the road if it was done in green leaves, being a no pavement road just hedges. Nice idea though. The bin store looks ok, maybe give it a coat of green wood preserver.
