Where the Wild Things Are Blu-ray (Blu-ray and DVD):

"Where the Wild Things Are," a classic story about childhood and the places we go to figure out the world we live in. The film tells the story of Max, a rambunctious and sensitive boy who feels misunderstood at home and escapes to where the Wild Things are. Max lands on an island where he meets mysterious and strange creatures whose emotions are as wild and unpredictable as their actions. The Wild Things desperately long for a leader to guide them, just as Max longs for a kingdom to rule.

Terrible movie. Kids walked away after 30 min, and I turned it off as well, it was like watching paint dry

I quite enjoyed it myself.

Marmite of a movie - heat from me - liked it

Like the hordes of misguided parents taking their kids to see Rango, just because it is an animation, they really need to do a bit of research on this one before buying.

Empire review

Personally I liked it, but I can appreciate that it won't be to everyones taste.

Yeah, if you go into it expecting it to be merely a "kids'" film, then you may well be disappointed. It's an acquired taste for sure.

Lovely film. I like marmite as well.

Agree, you either love it or hate it. Reviews seem to be good, but most people hate it. :D

nope they never are since they are just regular dvds. it will be many years before its bluray digital copies as people will have to have bluray drives in their pcs as standard.

i got this for £6 from cex (had the digital copy and voucher even though it stated no DC) not seen it yet but i enjoyed playing the game.

you have to remember this is a film by spike jonze - so a true kids film it will never be. the game is quite creepy too.

Great price, but I agree - aweful movie.

I too walked away after about 10 mins...

If you're buying this for kids, it won't hold their attention at all!
#17
Good price if you love the movie but I am with the guys and ladies who hate the movie. So boring.
#18
