Lightning deal, I've ordered some but its already 15% gone so be quick! 2.27KG

Not seen this cheaper for a while, be wary of fabricated receipts. ;)

There was a 10% off offer, plus £10 off supplements due to buying the £10 mix box. Was still much cheaper even without these recently (£25.21).

The 10% was already applied onto your £25.21, but you said you got it for £12. Last time I got mine for free, but I wouldn't post it on hotdeals saying I got Protein for £0 lol. I don't know why you would be so misleading, I honestly don't if I believe your reciept.

The fact is I can't see any cheaper, and I got this for £31 with discount. It's the cheapest "active", when it retails around £45. It's a lightning deal, if you don't need it then don't buy it I guess.

be wary of the Amazon reviews stating they received fake powder, a member on here also received a tub from last weeks offer that was not sealed also.

Not sure how I am being misleading, I did buy this for £12, and proved it. Even with no discounts it was £25 which is much cheaper, but still not cheap enough for me to consider this overpriced brand. There are far superior products at myprotein and most other places at typically cheaper prices. Based on the temperature, it seems everybody but you is aware of that.

I don't believe you, sorry. You said you got it for £12, but on your receipt it says 0? Technically you need to add the 2 promotions, and then your 12 you paid. It would seem to me you paid around £46 (the normal price) then editted the end value from £12 to £0.

EDIT: Also the temperature was from you posting you paid £12 for some (when you actually used giftcards). People voting probably didn't know this was a cheap price for protein, hence it being a lightning deal. Again, one of the reasons I don't post on here. I got my cheap protein, I'm happy.

It seems you're quite the dim one. The £12 balance was paid for with gift card, if you have ever used a gift card on Amazon that's how it shows, the price is calculated sequentially like any normal human would.

Yeah but you used a promotional code aswell. No, I've never used a gift card on Amazon? I guess that makes me dim then! So what promotional code did you use Mr Intelligent? I mean, this is a cold deal, so you could at least add value instead of just boasting you got something so cheap.

Still waiting on a decent Myprotein deal, much better value. Paid around £32 last time for 5KG of 80% flavoured Whey.

Do you have a link to the stuff you use? I'm tempted to cancel my order. As much as that comment could be somebody trying to Chastise Optimum, I wouldn't like to take the risk.

Just Google Myprotein (or serach on her) there's always some sort of discount and it changes every few days, like I said its not been as cheap recently.

Look at the reviews on Amazon of the ON powder , choose all 1 star reviews and then order by date, you'll be shocked.

Edit: this is the stuff I use, ignore the cold votes as Myprotein (as well as Musclefood etc.) always gets poor heat http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/impact-whey-protein-2-5kg-18-01-1-99-delivery-with-30-code-myprotein-2587478

There are too many people on here that don't understand the concept of the website. I've seen people post Nintendo products, but they get voted cold because "Xbox./PS4 is better". I posted a deal on Protein, it got voted cold because somebody said they got it for £12 using combinations of Giftcards and promotional codes. It's swings and roundabouts.

to be fair this product without the codes and vouchers was around £24 at the beginning of the week, I think people are voting cold for that and not because some other member got it for £12. I also bought the same last December from Amazon for the same £24 but it came unsealed with a gold scoop (apparently they should be clear)

I didn't actually mean it in that respect. You post a deal, the first poster (perhaps they have nothing else to do) will post they got it cheaper somewhere else. Even though there is no proof, it starts an influx of cold votes, regardless of how true the statement is.

I had one deal go hot, and it wasn't even the greatest deal in the world. It just went hot because at the time nobody commented on it. This isn't a great deal, arguably it should be cold, but it the cheapest you can get this protein at the moment.

don't want to look like I'm trolling or anything and this is my last reply for today but just because something is the cheapest doesn't make it a deal, especially when its regularly on offer and its got an overly stupid RRP

Depends how you perceive the word deal, a deal by definition would be money off RRP. I posted this because it was money off RRP in comparison to all other retailers.

EDIT: My point wasn't actually anything to do with this being a deal. You didn't need to latch onto that because I actually agreed this wasn't a deal lol. My point was deals go cold for stupid reasons. If you post a deal on idk.. a Windows 10 product, you don't vote it cold because Linux is better. You also don't vote a deal cold because there was a price glitch about a month ago, or a 'magical promotional code' that happens only once a year. ;) It shouldn't invalidate any other deals throughout the year, because not everyone is willing to wait x amount of time. Some people only come here for the best prices they can/could of achieved and weigh the differences.
