Just got mine in the post....it looks and feels very nice however it doesn't actually clip right on to your belt. It has a loop (or lanyard I think it's called) which you have put round the belt and it dangles down from the belt - but for the money I'v no complaints.

Which Blackberry do you have? I have a Curve 8520 and this is too small. The box it came in (squashed through the door by my postie) says compatible for Pearl 8100 on the reverse which is a much thinner phone.

I have been sent this one which is much narrower than the one for the Curve. Funnily enough, this one is still £12.99! http://www.t-mobile-accessories.co.uk/P2_8100_Pearl_BBHDW-12719-004_Leather+Tote+Pearl+White+HDW-12719-004.html

^ I have the Curve 8900 and fits perfect. I will check the box when I get back home and let you know what it says on mine regarding compatible.

I have been in touch with the company that supply these on behalf of T-Mobile, and they agree it is the wrong case, possible picking error, they are sending me a pre-paid envelope to return it and will replace it with the correct one.

Just me then?
#21
You must have the right one then. I had to force mine in the case. why is it always me? :(
#22
Yup looks like mine is the right one and they sent you the wrong one....mine is the same as the link from the OP and not like the one in your link.

Ah well - enjoy the pleasure of dealing with customer services.....

My box says compatible with BB 8800
