Talking to the bloke doing the whoopsing all stores are doing so the make way for new stuff, so you might get yourself a deal, hence going in the deal section. How is a loaf of bread for 5p not a deal, get real.

You can find rotting food marked down in any supermarket, most days of the week.

suppose you would with a name like termite, this stuff was well in date and at a bargain price. looks like you dont have an asda by you then. Jealousy has caused you to write a **** comment. go to tesco and pay 4-5 times what we have paid.

Why so COLD? I made dinner tonight for 3 people (lamb, potatoes, turnip, cabbage, brussels) for the grand total of £3.20, added some yorkies and gravy, cheap meal. :)

I noticed there were a few cheapies on the go in our local asda tonight although I didn't have time for a proper shufty. Picked up some cheap nice new potatoes and a jumper/shirt combo for my dad for £3.

All good news!

Always good to pick up these bargains, either for that night, or to freeze, or both!

Well I voted hot - I HATE the people who think they know it all on here, just take a look at the odd comments above!

what the OP has appeared to have stumbled upon is not so much a hot deal as a "reduced to clear" section. If he gets out a bit more he'll find that most supermarkets have them, but what's available varies from one to the next.

On this day we went to tesco, asda and sainsburys and only asda were doing this. We shop here every week and never do they reduce like this so this was a deal. why do people on hot uk deals find the need to offend, "if he gets out abit more" people who sit at home and find things to write offensive comments about probably need to get out abit more. I thought the whole purpose of this site was to share things you have found that are good. Not take **** from people.

If everyone posted the deal they received from the reduced to clear section everyday then i think this site would be slightly overwelmed. That's the problem everyone can find their own bargains it just happens as to what time you are at the store as to what prices you pay. I got a Morrisons Best Roasted Lasagne yesterday for 25P reduced from over £3 imagine the threads i could start

I understand it would be ridiculous to post everything that you found in your store reduced however the point some people seem to be missing is on this occasion Meat, vegetables, bread etc were being reduced to a very good price to get rid of the christmas stock it was not only in my local asda as I told my parents and they got some good deals from theirs hence me posting. We also went to tesco and sainsburys on the same day but they didn't have such massively reduced items. If I had read this on hot uk deals before going shopping then i wouldn't of bothered with tesco and sainsburys hence thinking i'm helping people find a deal.
