Firstly wtf has happened to this forum?? - no direct quote button looks 'ORRIBLE!!

Well for the second time of trying wtf has happened to this forum???

So I paste a quote as apparently no quote facility offered with new format .

I wrap my pasted quote in the "quote" tag and write reply. My post appears in the thread. But i realise I have made a typo so I find edit. In edit I use backspace to edit and lo and behold the immediate result is the same as if I had hit "back" in my browser several times and was thus wiewing a totally different website I was viewing earlier!! Furthermore on returning to HUKD my original post seems to have disappeared .

Frustrated - where are the emoticons???

If you want to change things - fine = but please give us users plenty of warning - by PM or by e-mail. The opportunity to feedback

Well this time on submitting my post I am immediately offered a new "Leave a reply" response

Can anyone explain to me how gold plating ensures any sort of advantage when it's a wholly digital signal?

Gold plating is used to reduce the effects of corrosion.

this link maybe useful to some who want to find out about HDMI before buying cables, it should be known that price does not reflect quality in most cases but the regulations have now changed so that manufacturers have to provide more detailed information about their products,

Could someone please tell me which type of lead i would need for an extension from my flip ultra HD to go to my computer and the wall charger i have bought. Dont like it hanging from a plug and im sure theres a little extension i could use....just not sure what all this Male A Male B stuff means!

Thanks in advance! :)
