Hopefully you're thinking of the remake. Otherwise, we're going to have to revoke your internet credentials.

Balls. I bought the Steelbook version last week.
This version does include the Director's Cut and Theatrical version, but I believe they're both SD versions sourced from previous DVD versions.

Addendum to above: Just the Director's Cut is SD. Hmmm. May need to buy this again.

Great film owes a lot to The League of Gentlemen though...

Great BD set. Paid £22, a couple of years ago. And I thought that was good value.X) 10/10 for this BD set.8)

My dad let me stay up and watch this when I was about 10. I thought I was handling my first horror movie quite well until I heard the "Jesus Christ.... NOooOOoo" bit.

Great film though and still has a strange unsettling tone and disturbing feel to it. Not many films can do it and certainly not this well.

Heat for the price as that what this site is all about. Very apt as well in this case....Jesus Christ nooooo!

nic cage version is better

The Nic Cage version is definitely more thought provoking. I watched it years ago and I'm still asking why? oh why? oh what the? etc. Don't get me started.

Agree, it is an unsettling film, but one that I must have watched at least a dozen times. Builds the tension to unnerving levels and doesn't rely on gore to deliver scares

My favourite joke - What is the purpose of the letter D?

Otherwise Edward Woodward would be called Ewar Woowar!

First time I watched the remake I didn't get it. Then it dawned on me. It's a comedy. A really masterful comedy. Hilarious in fact.
Seriously, I think it's much better viewed as if it's a comedy! "Step away from the bike!"

Great price though, bought this shortly after it came out, great set.

Yeah sorry, tried to get it expired but it hasn't for some reason.

Has anyone has theirs dispatched yet? I ordered it on the 31st and it STILL hasn't been dispatched even though it says 'In Stock'. Zavvi are getting on my nerves again...
