Nintendo Wii 3 in 1 Quad power station with batteries - £14.99 on the web.

My better half just went to Argos and the in-store price was £29.99. She even took a box to the checkout to verify it - same result.

I checked on the web and did a "reserve and collect" - went back to the same person on the same till and hey presto! Half price!!

Maybe it's just our local Argos that has their shop floor pricing wrong - but it's worth mentioning? (Be kind - it's my first post!)

good deal - worth it for 8 recharger batteries !!!

Excellent deal. Just reserved one at our local.

We need the 4 charger units and it will be handy having the Wii standing safely in the middle - the kids knocked our Wii over and the 'mod chip' popped off!!!!! :whistling:

I bought one a few weeks back. Pretty good if you have 4x wiimotes. Can't turn the Blue Neon lights off though which is a litle irritating.

Hi - yes. I've plugged ours in and it is charging just two controllers with the other two slots empty.

Can anyone tell me if the batteries are rechargeable AA's or replacement power packs?

I bought the Energizer induction charger from Argos -- It's not cheap but it has been worth every penny so far.

You plug the Wii power adapter into the back of this, and then slot the Wii in. So the power for recharging is drawn directly from the power adapter.

It users 2 non-standard batteries fixed in a battery cover

No batteries with the Amazon one

Hi - your Wii power supply goes into the docking station and it has a special "pass-through" plug which then goes into your Wii.

I might be get one now !!

There’s a power button on the front as well

It says in the description
"Charges 4 Wii remotes at the same time and acts as a stand for your Wii console, remotes and nunchuk."

Can someone who has one please tell me where u can stand/store the nunchuk, and is that just 1 nunchuck it can store?

Also, we only have 2 remotes, would the 2 Nunchucks we have "sit" in the rear remote holes?

many thanks

Has anybody had a problem with this - this is the email I've just sent to Argos.:x

I purchased the following iten from your West Quay Southampton branch. 566/9453 (WII Quad dock).I dont have my reciept or the box as I just plugged in and waited for the four remotes to charge. These have been charged and now when I try to switch any of them on all four lights on the wii remotes light up for about five seconds and then turn off.I have also tried all the remotes with our rechargable batteries and new duracell batteries and they now all fail to work. This is since purchasing the dock station.
Obviously these are all now no longer working rendering our Wii unusable.I await your reply.

The four flashing lights followed by darkness may suggest that they can't connect to your Wii - have you tried re-syncing the remotes? (Press the red button in the battery compartment on the remote to make it "disocoverable" and the red button next to the SD-card slot behind the little white cover on the front of the Wii to make it look for the remotes - try to add add one at a time). Good luck...
