So the wii console and sports game total would be...£148.30

Then you get the following 5 games (which could be sold if no good):-

Wii Puzzler Collection £11.99 (on Amazon & Play)
Nintendo Wii Wall-E £9.73 (the Hut)
Who Wants to Be A Millionaire 2 £9.99 (Amazon)
Nintendo Wii Sports Party £9.99 (Amazon)
Wii Movie Studios Party £9.99 (Amazon)

Seems like a hot deal to me.

How many people play their Wii? I know so many people that bought one, played it for two months and then hardly touch it. I know it's currently the best selling console, but I'd bet 360s and PS3s are being played more.

I play on mine everyday, I'm an animal crossing addict but before that I still played on it loads. I've never bought as many games for a console as I have for this one, I absolutely love it. And wii speak is great too, I'm a very happy wii addict!

I love my wii- but you have choose the games carefully.

In my opinion the best games I've played are
Zelda
Super mario galaxy
Mario kart
Cod waw

But other than that there isn't much to like.
#12
There is little third part support for the wii. Nearly everyone I know got a wii, got bored and got a ps3 or a 360. You're essentially buying a wii and 5 games that are so bad that Nintendo has to give them away. Check the reviews on IGN before choosing a game.

We play ours often. Super smash bros brawl is great and Super MonkeyBall Banana Blitz is fun with those 50 mini games. We like monkey wars the best - try it, you won't be disappointed

I'm guessing from past experience with super monkey load of balls that you cannot play the 50 mini games without unlocking them first by beating certain aspects of teh single player game and thats just so annoying.

I know i'm going to regret speaking my mind, but....
Since launch I did try and warn everyone that the Wii has absolutely no substance, but did you listen?

Madworld looks good though.

Gloating is not cool, gloating when you don't really have anything to gloat about just makes you look dim... lol

We love our wii, and so do all my friends who have one.

Have to agree about the games on this bundle though, they're not up to much!

I have a Wii and a PS3 sat under my TV - I think both are great -

First party future Wii releases may look a bit iffy/sparse, but 3rd party support looks strong, and current great games are rife -

Okami, Mario Galaxy, Mario Kart, Twilight Princess, No More Heroes, Zack & Wiki, Smash Bros, Metroid 3, Paper Mario, Boom Blox, De Blob, RE4 - all great games. Not to mention the lifestyle titles like Wii Fit & Wii Music. Lastly, there are some GREAT VC and WiiWare games available too - World of Goo (top game), Lost Winds, Toki Tori, Tetris Party, all the classic Mario games, Secret of Mana, Mega Man 9, etc etc......

Looking at 2009 releases, highlights will probably be:

Dead Space, HofDead Overkill, Madworld, PunchOut!, Let's Tap, Project Zero 4, Final Fantasy Echoes of Time, Pikmin 2, Muramasa, Dead Rising, No More Heroes: Desperate Struggle, Another Code R, Sin & Punishment, Harvest Moon...........

.....think there will be a few worth playing from that lot! ;-)

To say the Wii has no substance is ridiculous. It embraces previous generations of gaming excellence with the VC, and has been home to some of the best titles of the past 24 months. Yes, it does have more than its fair share of shovelware rubbish, but if you have any common sense, you will avoid these like the plague (like the titles with this deal! :p)

Hydromancer
I'm afraid they're aren't that many people in the world.

What world are you living on Hydromancer?

World population is estimated at 6.8 billion - that's 6, 800, 000, 000!

Total Wii sales are now ove 50, 000, 000! http://videoonlinegames.suite101.com/article.cfm/nintendo_owns_2008_looks_to_2009

Not with the Wii. The 50 mini games are multiplayer and you can play these at any time without needing to unlock them. The main game is single player only and you go round different levels, each having different obstacles.

OK

46 Million Million would be a lot of consoles to shift, even for Nintendo...........;-)

The "6th game" is included anyway - Wii Sports. This is actually the Wii + 5 **** games. But most games on the Wii are **** so I suppose this is quite a good deal. Voted hot.

Voted Hot!

The wife has been going on about buying one for a while now. We got this, a nunchuck and Wii Play with a remote for less than £250.
