  Is their definition of a first time customer, a person buying anything from the group of companies or a specific one? I had bought from littlewoods before but never from additions direct.
  I used two codes once with Littlewoods. They phoned me and said I can use only one and which one I would like to use. They didnt take any additional money though.
  
  Ive ordered now, lets see what happens.

  I think what you did was click 'apply for account' instead of 'pay by card'. I nearly did the same thing but realised before I pressed the wrong button and saved myself applying for the equivalent of a store card!

  A customer service rep rang me monday night saying I'd not used my £30 off £60 discount since opening the account last month and said the code did not work online but could be used until end of Feb if I phoned up :thumbsup:

  If you try to cheat them on the voucher by not being a new customer they will take the money months later...just search around other forums to what they get upto.
