Not worth it - even if wii fit hard to come by thats expensive

You wont be able to get them any cheaper anywhere else though. Stopped selling them individually now so no choice than with bundle.

So this will probably be the cheapest price until after Christmas.

At the end of the day 100's of people still want one and cant get them anywhere so they will pay the price !!!

Got mine for £69.99 last week at Woolies, had been on a waiting list for 4 weeks and had gone from No 46 to top of list in that short time, they told me they were getting a couple in every couple of days

You can buy them for cheaper and other places do sell them individually, its just the matter of finding them in stock!

I bought mine from Amazon.fr and it cost me £71. You will have to wait about 2 weeks for delivery though.
#10
You can just walk in to HMV and pay less than £70.

It puzzles me why more people don't buy from amazon france or germany, it's extremely easy to do, no problems with compatibility or warranty, price is a fraction less than in the UK plus four or five notes for shipping.

the instructions and low resale value and possible hassle if you dont have any basic understandingof the langauges.
For me it has to be english in the same way i like to keep the box and items in good condition.
Non-english language on something already released in europe = instant drop in value.
The 100 quid offer at game was a bad one - the 119 offer was the best one but worked out at £79 effectively for wiifit and thats if you needed the other stuff.

the dixons packs are terrible - not even at rrp for the trash added i dont think.

The game is in English, the manual for the balance board is in english, you can download an english language manual for the Wii Fit software.

Or do you mean that if you go to re-sell it some people will be put off because it has a bit of a 'foreign' language printed on the box?

German and French Wii Fits are selling for the same price on Ebay as English ones so I guess some people don't care about language issues (or lack of).

I meant the instructions but any place there is non english detracts from the 'whole package'.
This may be just for me as i like to keep my stuff 'nice' . Paying 70 quid for something then needing to download a manual for it? no thanks :)

At the moment 'foreign' ones will hold their price (didn't know that but people are desperate) but will surely have lower resale value when there is more stock available.

I've read that some people don't even bother to download a manual for the Wii fit software as the software is so intuitive making it easy to set up and use.

Hmmm, not so sure. But still, who's going to want to re-sell it, what with all the games coming out which support the balance board? :)

sure i am not saying the games not simple but the fact you have to download a manual if you wanted a manual means its not 'complete'.

There is always someone somewhere selling something :) I've maybe not seen a decent list but all i have seen are pretty much similar to wiifit and or ski/jockey.
By the time some decent games actually come out there may be stock of english wii fits at proper prices.

But it's only a manual. Anyhow, it IS complete, it's just that the software manual happens to be in French. I don't have a problem with downloading an English language version, but I guess some people do :)

There's quite a selection of games on the way - some look dreadful, but some look good. There's a table here:

Look at the video for G1 Jockey - it's hysterical! :-D

lol thats a fun video, not bad quad workout i guess but needs the outfit for the full effect. Looks a bit repetitive though :)

I think that a horse would help too. :)
