This is cheapest on web at £68.99 but no discount voucher and only 4% Quidco.

I am sure some supermarkets may sell cheap nearer the time but it all depends on how much of a trek you want for something that will easily sell out......

voted hot. I'd say that's a decent saving (after quidco). It IS overpriced to begin with, so i guess that explains the cold votes.

by the way someone on MSE phoned powerplay and told them they had a misprice, so they won't honour it at £30 :-(

Power play direct have just cancelled my order due to (limited stock) more like do not want to honour original price stated!!!! Good price cheapestI have seen for gameplay stil little to steep though.

Me Too :-( Got this email

"Thank you for ordering “Wii Fit” from www.powerplaydirect.com.

After a very busy pre-order period (partially due to our offer appearing on certain ‘special offers’ websites without our knowledge) our suppliers have told us that due to high demand worldwide, our allocation of this title will be smaller than initially expected. This unfortunately means we are unable to cover all of our pre-orders for this game.

While we regret disappointing our customers, we feel that letting you know as soon as possible and cancelling your order is preferable to keeping your order open for perhaps weeks past the release date when you may be able to source the item elsewhere.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Kind Regards

Webteam

Seems like it was too good to be true !!!

Hmmmm - does that mean they WILL be honouring some of their pre-orders at the price stated, just not all of them? Or maybe they're just telling little white fibby wibbys to their customers. And it seems they don't appreciate the free marketing a site like this can offer them, tsk Tsk TSK.

I just got an email 'Your order is now cancelled'.
Maybe the chipmunks got tired of writing nice cancellation letters?
:p
#8
Write back and say you're happy to wait, according to them it's only because you'd have to wait a while to get it so if that's their reason for cancelling then say you'll wait and have it at that price, or is there a problem with that price??????
#9
I'll wait until it's release, I heard that one supermarket will be selling them cheap when you buy £150 worst of grocery at one sitting . ;-)
#10
I get "Your discount code is no longer valid" ?
#11
Code worked for me, so thanks muchly.

shopto say they want £66.99 (was 29.99)

Cheers

anyone know if the japanese version of this has English language options? don't think so, and can't find anything on the boards about it, but it would be useful if it did as my oh is in japan right now and could get it at about £40

As far as I know the JP version will only in Japanese....it's true that they are more cheapest if you understand japanese.

Expired.

Just had an email saying the item has been dispatched from their warehouse in Basingstoke.

Mine has been despatched as well, and my quidco of £7.15 has been validated. So this works out to be £57.84
