Wii Fit is in stock at 24Studio.co.uk - £69.99 delivered. States allow 14 days for delivery though.
You will need to open a catalogue account with them, but you can just close it down after getting this if you want to!

If people are going to vote this cold - can you please be polite enough to actually leave a reason?!
If this is in the wrong place could one of the mods move it for me please? Thank you!

Wouldn't order anything from 24 studio after the fiasco with the Alias DVD boxset bargain they supposedly had last year!

im sorry but this is RRP so cold for me - I think if you searched hard enough you would get it from somewhere else before 14 days and RRP is not a "hot deal"

I've searched for them & can't find any in stock - so even though this is RRP I thought it might give some people a chance to get one if they want it!

COLD. Price is fine, but its the worst company I have EVER dealt with. AVOID! Took months to sort last time I dealt with them (all on costly support lines).

What about the codes mentioned in the OP? 20% off for new customers - that would knock £14 off the price. I've never used 24Studio before but am aware of their less than glowing rep (but I've used Littlewoods several times without problems and they are almost universally despised) - what are they like with honouring codes?

I agree with Dear Mr Echo, it's great for people to give us the benefit of their experience when they have had bad experiences of companies, this gives us a chance to make an informed choice. However for example I have recently used OCUK and Saverstore to grab a bargain, both received lots of poor feedback re service on here and I had no problems. Vice versa I have used online shops sucha s M&S who in general usually get good feedback and found their customer service a disgrace. I think people should vote on price and availabilty as a rule (imho).

i have orderd lots from 24 studio the only problem i had was with payments through online banking it was taking them weeks to get them so i was getting late payment charges but have since had them refunded i have now got £60 sitting in the account and its been there for a while so i might use it to order the wii fit.

This incompetent clown of a company has recently sent me an invoice for a order they never sent me.

Invoice £99.50 + £15.00 admin fee!

Order was made in 2007 and I phoned them 8 times plus sent 20 emails to tell them the item never arrived.

Is there any governing body I can contact to get them to stop harassing me and trying to extort money from me?

There was a batch of us that had MAJOR issues over December, took me months to get issues resolved. How this company is still trading, I just dont know.

Trading Standards would be your best bet if you are going down that route. I also got my Visa involved (I paid in full upfront).

I got told this from another unhappy customer when I was having issues and it certainly pushed things alone.

[email protected]">[email protected] put the header FAO Mr P Maudsley and Mr K Chapman. they are the managing directors and they were the ones who got other peoples issues sorted. They own Studio.

Also there's apparently a direct number for a Lady called Elaine, the Quality Manager 01254 303306. She sorted other peoples problems out.

Also, as someone else posted use the sayno0870 website to look up the current normal rate phone line for them. Its not just cheaper, but gets you through near every time (unlike using the proper so called "customer support" number).

My Saga with 24Studio:

I order a few DVD Packs (HotDeals deal), think it was end of September/Start of November. I was one of those unfortunate people that got caught up in the DVD boxset Pack (5xAlias+1x24 season 5) farce back in December. They sent 24 but not Alias. However, my statement and online account showed "dispatched". They insisted each time I phoned the goods were being/had been sent.

3 shopping days before xmas and after repeated phone calls, I again asked where Alias was. After demanding to speak to the manager and mentioning that rumours on the web said they couldnt supply it, they finally told me that they indeed could not get Alias (All 5 season) and offered £5 off for losing 5 seasons of Alias! After pointing out my account shows despatched, she answered "We dont ship them, we assume they were are dispatched by our supplier". I said stuff that and got them to pick the goods up (their own courier) which they did the next day.

In January I noticed that I STILL had not received a refund. They said "We have no trace of the goods being returned in our warehouse and until they were found I could not get a refund". I quoted the 2 codes from THEIR courier that I was given. By this point I was fuming and kindly pointed out that as soon as they leave my doorstep and handed to their courier, the goods are no longer my problem. She replied "You'll have to chase them". I kindly told her to get her manager and for THEM to chase it. She replied "I cant do that, you'll have to fill in a lost goods form". I was so miffed that they'd screwed me around at xmas then refused my refund I got my Visa company involved and fired emails to the parent company, and directors.

Suddenly I received a email stating (i had not filled in the form by this point) that "Yes, we have found a trace that our courier did indeed pick-up. They seem to have lost them". I received £10 voucher sorry (binned instantly) and as soon as my next statement was though proving my balance was 0 I cancelled my account. I've kept all statements and emails as evidence as there's HEAPS of people who suddenly get dept collectors and fines for non payment for things they simply have no received. This finally got resolved end of feb I think it was.

WORST company I have EVER dealt with. There sales line you get through instantly, but their 0870 line cuts you off every time with "Sorry, we're busy". I used sayno0870 to get direct line and got through every time. They never return calls so dont believe them and their staff simply incompetent.

I recommend people stay away from this company. I personally think it should be on HotUKDeals banned list. If you ever have a problem, dont expect it to be resolved.

A few minutes later he told me,
'I have just spoken to my manager and he told me you should ignore the statement. It is a false statement and we never dispatched your item as it was never in stock. We will send you a form and all you have to do is confirm it was lost in the post in order for us to remove the charge'.

Sounds to me like they are committing fraud. They are sending out statements for items they are not sending out and using us to make claims that they were lost in the post.

I told them to close my account and never send me any more junk mail ever again. 24Studio need to be investigated.
