I'm thinking of getting a Wii. What's the difference between the Wii fit and new wii fit plus - is it better to get this or is the extra for wii fit plus worth it?
#8
Fantastic price, anyone know if it is just local or anyone saw one anywhere else.

Not sure if this is 100% correct but the only difference are the game. The balance board is the same. More games and you can now play/compete with friends and family whereas before you had to go back and select a different Wii Mii.

I am also looking to buy a Wii fit and if I could get the old one for £47, I would then buy the wii fit plus game on its own for £20 ish, making it cheaper than buying the Wii fit plus package and you get both copies of software.

Call me cynical if you will but i've always felt you'd lose more weight and/or get fitter carrying the box home after buying it, than you ever would 'exercising' on the Wii Fit. ;-)

Here's a copy of the original Nintendo promotional video with a comedy overdub, just for fun.

Anyways, i'm just mucking about...... This looks a good price. H&R added for the deal.

I purchased a Wii fit at Sainsburys in Wigston Leicester for £49.99 on Saturday, had to get them to check price as shelf displaying £59, assistant said they had plenty of stock

Same at mine!

£69.99 at my local Tesco (Bangor North Wales) and they were advetising that as the special offer price if you bought it with Wii fit plus game. Going to wait until I can get it for under £50.

there must be a lot more inhouse fitness fanatics than i realised, sweat on to victory folks, lol.
#23
I was tempted for a few minutes, until I realised I don't have the room for all the hopping around kicking wildly in the air.
Then I thought about alternative more fun exercises...

Good deal, haven't used my copy as much as expected though.
