Good game - but I found it difficult to get into. One point though, if you are buying it for a child, Sonic swears at times. It might be considered mild by some, but I cannot see why it needs to be there.

I thought this was a terrible game. Generally the games are too difficult for kids (eg the Table Tennis), or too tiring (eg 100m run).

Wii Sports is much better!

I don't remember there being any swearing/questionable language when I played this travesty of a game last Christmas.

Seems to be the going rate for this title nowadays.

As for the actual game itself, it's not as good as it's scarcity once indicated. Over complicated, over difficult & very frustrating most of the time.
Wii Sports is a much more honest, back to basics, fun title that we keep going back to........we've played Sonic/Mario Olympics a handful of times & it's now resigned to the bottom of the drawer!!

What sort of words are we talking about mate?

Not quite sure whether Predikuesi is being sarcastic or not, but he is talking about when Sonic does the 2 fingered peace sign. No swearing at all

the discount has expired for thehut.com today, so this offer isnt available anymore.

I didn't hear any swearing and I've played it quite a bit. I'd rate the game good for about 6+ years old.

Sure some of the games are more difficult, but it would get boring quickly if they weren't.

oh, and I bought mine from Dixon's "duty free" in an airport last weekend for £21.47 - you don't have to be flying abroad to buy at this price.

Sorry, I was referring to the DS version.

When Sonic loses he sometimes says "P*** off". Hopefully I'm wrong, and it just sounds like it.
