Spotted this gold-dust item in my local Argos in Brighton today - they had 5 left in stock so I grabbed 2!! The Wii play game sells for around £20 on its own on eBay so well worth trything to get hold of it if you need to bolster your Wii Remotes! Not sure about other stores but could be worth a look?

Loads went to Zavvi and HMV today both had Wii play in stock with plenty of them.

HMV = £34.95
Zavvi = £40.00

This is the second best selling game of last year.

Anyone want one from Bristol?
#11
Cheers op. Hot and rep left.

Saw someone buying a copy of this today and it was the old version without the rubber cover for the controller. No problem because if you search here you can get some sent to you for free...
#13
thanks - bagged one

If people don't want them, why oh why are they reserving them, stopping people that do want them from getting them?!?!?!
#15

I reserved one using my postcode, I thought it was Bristol Cribbs, but it was Bristol Galleries. I can't get there (2 disabled children and a baby) so I thought I would offer the reservation code to anyone who wanted it. Won't bother next time.
Oh no sorry, i thought I'd stop other people getting it, yes of course, what a fab idea. Perhaps you could try using your brain instead of assuming the worst of people

Yes, the games are rubbish - But it comes with a Wii-Remote which retails at £32.99

So in all fairness, your only paying £2 for the 9 mini-games.

My kids and husband really enjoyed it and thought it was great!

Just reserved one in Poole. I just hope the wife mamages to pick it up.

I have been after this for ages!

The games aren't "rubbish" - it all depends on your perspective. If you like blood and guts then you won't like them, but if you like quirky, imaginative Wii games that exploit the remote properly then you will. I recommend this.
#22
As a comparison, you can get a Wii Remote on it's own for £25 delivered. So this would be £9 for 9 mini games.

Or, you can get a Wii Remote and Nunchuk for about £38.
#23
Lets face it you are not buying this because you want the games.

You are buying it because £29.99 is a lot for 50% of a full controller system and its nice to get a little extra for your money. Even if you do have to pay slightly more for it.

Personally I enjoy the games they are good when you have friends round.

Wish it was £27 like on Zavvi a few days ago.
#25
Had stock in Goole and York (Monks Cross) a few minutes ago.

I agree. The kids (aged 5 and 10) love it, and me & hubby think it's fun too!
Great when you don't want to think too much-it's a game to chill and have fun with.
Or if you just want a quick game.
:thumbsup:
