 I think your better off getting them 15 minute rechargeable AA batteries and a charger. At least then you can use the batteries and the charger for other things. Maybe buy an extra set of the AA batteries and leave them on charge.... Just a thought! :p

Mind.... It does look ultra stylish! At the end of the day its clutter, do you really want more clutter hanging round your entertainment centre?

I got a charger with 8 AA batteries that charge within 15 minutes from a place called "BATTERYLOGIC" all delivered for £25. The 4 AA batteries alone sell for £10-15 at argos and the charger (the older one) for £40. Good alternative to the Chargestation! At least then you can have some batteries charging while your playing. I hate missing out on fun!

i managed to get the 4xsony rechargable batteries and charger from play in the sale for £3.99! although i could do with a couple more batteries.

i use them for my xbox 360 and my Wii, so rather that forking about £40 to £50 on battery packs, these work a treat!

Exactly! I don't see why more people are not thinking the same kind of thing. Ok, so not everyone has a Wii and a 360 but surely they have at least one or two more devices in their possesion that takes AA that they use a regular basis?

I'm not trying to force people to only go the AA-recharger route but at least give it some thought :santa:

I have to say it isn't just about the rechargeables (which are highly reccommended no matter which way you go about them) but also about the storage solution involved. The remotes and numkuks need a place to live and this is an all in one solution. Also it connects to the Wii through USB instead of taking up another outlet.

Nothing irks me quite as much as missing out on fun either!
