I know it's out of stock, but if game can match a price after you've applied a discount then it's not a great deal. Before anyone says this isn't a stock alert website, it's a site highlighting good deals. Which this is not.

I appreciate your comparison mate, But I wouldn't go by any prices on the Game website that are OOS, simply for the fact that game seem to drop prices of items that are OOS and then they are raised upon stock returning.

They had (I'm not sure it's still there) a Wii U used OOS for £99 which has never seen the light of day.

Just tested and is showing as instock as of 10:26. Thanks

Good deal - same as the one I posted a couple of weeks back :p Tesco, however, never fulfilled my order. I went for click + collect, so would recommend you go for delivery if possible, but this does add more cost.

GAME are permanently out of stock of these. I have had it on stock alert for over 6 months and it hasn't triggered once.

Finally got one just over a month ago from amazon. Gaming using the gamepad surprised me in that it was quite good, but I still much prefer a normal controller and this one is excellent.

Perfect, just ordered for my new Wii U.

All I need now is a couple of nunchucks and I'm all set!

I hate to be the cynic here, but does anyone else find it sad we live in a world where a controller costing 29.99 is a good price? I remember when I used to struggle to justify 15 quid for an extra controller :(

LOL. But what is £15 at today's prices? I can remember paying £30 for DVDs. And that was for those horrible cardboard clipcase ones. And SNES games used to cost £30- £40. That's £60-£80 at today's prices. £30 is quite reasonable for a controller.

Agreed, the price is abit hefty for controllers nowadays but they're quite durable.

I bought this controller over 2 months ago, fully charged it, played a few times with it, more use with MK8 and it still hasnt lost a single bar on the battery indicator! I remember reading online quite a few people who have gone a couple of months of constant game play time till it went dead.

If you like the 360 controller then you be at home with this. The weight is perfect. The ABXY buttons do feel a little out of place initially, but you'll get used to it in no time!

Well that is odd, tried this morning and it said no stock was available. Read your reply and tried again and it let me order. Sorry for the OOS scare! Thanks for the find!

It's a shame these haven't plummeted in price the way the actual console and most of its games have. I'd probably buy one if the price was right but nearly £30 for an Xbox 360 controller cloned for Wii U isn't what I call value for money.

I can play this game too. http://www.nippon-yasan.com/nintendo-wii-u-conosle-japan/7230-wii-u-pro-controller-black.html
Once delivery is added about £21 (told it arrives in around a week). Will be marked down so no import tax issues.

What value did play-asia state on the package? Curious if it was less than £15. Besides, it is not unheard of for tax receipts from FexEx and that to arrive weeks later.

theres loads of fake ones out there

I was of course referring to prices in the shops/online as opposed to official price cuts but a good point nonetheless! The way Xbox One has been selling ever since the initial post-launch flurry despite the desperate official price cuts and the ditching of Kinect I wouldn't be surprised to see it coming free with packets of Kellogs Cornflakes soon! :D

I don't see what's wrong with the price. A PS4 controller costs 45 pounds and it has about 10 hours of battery life. This one costs 29 pounds and it lasts more than 80 hours.

For me getting one of these means

A) Not having to manhandle the gamepad for simple games like mario

B) not having to use a classic controller tethered to a wiimote

The fact that the battery lasts forever is a bonus. Well worth the money and a good saving off the usual price.
