Use code: MVC10

Do a freekin barrel roll!

Fox McCloud returns with Falco, Peppy and Slippy to save the Lylat system in this action-packed deep space dogfighting adventure.

Using the Wii U GamePad controller and the TV together creates a unique interface that allows players to experience the game with two different viewpoints within the Arwing – aim and shoot enemies in one direction while flying in another. This frees up the TV for a more cinematic flight experience. Then, pilot the Arwing with its new Walker transformation, along with the new Gyrowing and the Landmaster Tank, to traverse interplanetary terrain.

Multiple paths branch out to give players plenty of places to explore, and each route gives them a completely different experience and unique challenges. Players will notice their skills get better and better over time, as they become top-notch pilots.

In two-player mode, one player can fly the Arwing while the other player aims and shoots.

Cheers Chichinio.

More like a mixed-bag.

Agree with it being a great price... will have to see if it's a great game (though by all accounts, it's really not).

EDIT: Was actually £14.39 for me, which is 10p cheaper than what the OP stated. Which was nice.

Buzzy, you know of any deals about Sonic Boom (WiiU) either used/new for £20ish?

the controls are unnecessarily taxing on the muscle memory! worth picking up for this price though for the collection if you are interested in this game :)

CEX have it for £20 mate. £22.50 delivered [Link]

Awful controls spoilt what could have been a decent game. Nintendo once again trying hard to do something different and failing. Such a shame :(

Know of CeX but any chance anywhere else?

Buying from CeX is a bit of a gamble as to how it comes.

Or u know you could wait for the inevitable switch rerelease that ditches the terrible controls.

I doubt they'll be able to do that, given that certain levels will require a significant redesign as a consequence - the latter ones especially.

Many thanks op. Another game to sit shrink wrapped on the shelf.

I liked it, got with the controls pretty quickly. Moved on.
#18
Nice to see they included it's average review score at the end of the title

Where can you get a cheap wii u these days?

You never see them cheap any more especially new, and I dont think they will even when the switch comes along

Good deal. I cashed in on my Wii though. £280 for the 8GB Wii U and 8 games too much to turn down
#22
Some ASDA stores are selling this for £10 at the moment, while stocks last etc.

Would have posted, but it's a goose chase as well as a good deal, enjoy hunting one down :-)

Post in the for sale/Wanted section on here....

I got a mint boxed 8Gb with 8 games for £120 at the weekend from a reply to my wanted ad.....

Awful, truly awful game. It's review average should be even lower than it is. Lazy effort, botched controls and no online multiplayer.
#25
A delayed game is eventually good, but a rushed game is forever bad.

A bad game that's cheap is still bad.

But that's what makes Nintendo a breath of fresh air in a now po-faced industry. Yes, sometimes - with any innovation - it works, sometimes it doesn't. I own said game, and for my money, the controls are fairly instinctive.

Probably the worst cock up of a major pre existing software IP in a long time , looks like tied , handles like turd , given how Nintendo normally normally knock their own games out o the park I assume they handed this over to the b team. Unless you're buying it for a big fan of the aeries I seriously would not bother

I don't think it has ever been cheap, certainly no cheaper than its competitors and its now substantially newer.

If you're inclined pick up a new one , take the hit and get a copy of the new Zelda at launch and leave them both in their wrapper as there'll not be many copies made. A half decent low end investment

like when they did something different with the Wii and it failed against the XB360 & PS3?

I seem to be getting an error saying "The promotion code you have entered is invalid. Please verify the code and try again.". Anyone else experiencing this?
#32
ooh, 39p just beyond my biting point: no deal.
lol.
Heat added, up.
#33
In total agreement with the previous comments. This was a huge disappointment. Terrible handling, uninspiring gameplay. I bought it on release weekend and instantly regretted it.
#34
Can you save, or do you have to start from the beginning every time like in Starfox 64?
I don't have time to play more than about 40mins at a time.

Blame the GamePad 'cause if it wasn't for that the Wii U would be a very affordable console. And it is (going for around £30-40 used on Amazon) but you need the GamePad to use it.

Hot dang! Seems like I have to pop in to an ASDA Extra to see if I find any Nintendough deals.
#37
I personally loved the game, this is a fantastic price. Adding heat :)

This is now out of stock, buy button is still available but doesn't add item to basket.

Great price, already have it though.

If you didn't need the gamepad they would be going for a lot more than £30-40.. its useless without it, hence the low prices.
