Are they brand new or trade-ins at CEX though? My guess is they are trade-ins...which means £5.99 from Powerplay is far better value...not to mention if the 2% off code works, its even cheaper.

Normally they get traded in straight out the box, so they tend to be new. The wheel is a waste of money to me though, better off using the controller.
