Why on earth would anybody pay £220 for those specs? The Lenovo ZUK 2 would stomp this at £140.

Agree with this comment seems very overpriced. I just bought Moto G4 plus 64gb for £224 from Motorola which is much better spec for virtually the same price

Watch out in case you get 'ghost touch'. If you do, then demand an immediate refund - you're entitled to this under the 14 day 'cooling off' period, irrespective of whether the phone is faulty. Otherwise, you are entitled to a refund if the fault becomes apparent within 30 days from purchase. Between 30 days and 6 months from purchase you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, and the retailer gets to choose. If the repair fails OR the replacement is also faulty, then you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price.

The price off this will probably reduce by £40 within 2 months just like the swift 2 did as they will not shift many phones at this price needs to be about £175 to have a chance of serious sales probably less the public will decide of course

Too low specs for the £. SD 400 series, WTF.

I think they have gone to far with this. I have picked up the Swift 2 for my son at £119 from Amazon with the 1 years screen insurance. For that money I think it is a reasonable deal - but this is only a slight spec bump and £100 more.

This and the Swift 2 plus need to be brought down to a realistic price. Amazon has the Swift 2 X listed as the newer model of the Swift 2 plus which I am not surprised about considering the issues with the 2 plus. Camera was awful on that - Sent mine back immediately.

I didn't know you could get screen insurance. Was this included in the price or did you have to pay extra. Is there an excess on it?

Only for 30 days after purchase though?

Looking at it again, I think it means that you have to buy the insurance within 30 days of purchase and it's valid for a year. I've smashed the screens on two phones (which supposedly had gorilla glass) so would have paid for this. I wish more companies did it - this is the only one I've ever heard of.

Ghost touch when charging? as far as I'm aware they all do it especially on a turbo charger, not really a problem imo

No, not just when charging, randomly and frequently, to the point that the phone is now unusable.
