Wimbledon is back and most people think that unless you have been successfully in the public ballot or fancy paying over the odds for tickets that you don't have any chances unless you want to queue up very very early (I certainly did think that until I got tickets this way last year).
There are two different types of ticket available:
Returns for Centre Court and No.3 Court
Reserved seating for Centre Court and No.3 Court
A limited number of tickets will be available: Centre Court for each of the 13 days of The Championships and No.3 Court for the first 7 days.
For returns tickets will go on sale with Ticketmaster at around 48 hours before the day of play e.g. at noon on Saturday 21nd June for play on Monday 23th June.
Reserved seating tickets will go on sale each morning at 9.00am for the following day's play e.g. on Sunday 22nd June for play on Monday 23rd June.
They sell 500 tickets on each day.

Returns for Centre Court and No.3 Court:
They will go on sale with Ticketmaster at around 48 hours before the day of play e.g. at noon on Saturday 21st June for play on Monday 23rd June.
Seat details will not be available at the time of booking but seats will be allocated in booking order, i.e. those seats judged to be the best available will be allocated to the first customer, and so on. There are strict collection arrangements regarding these tickets:
* They will be available for collection only on the day of play (via Gate 4) from the AELTC Ticket Office, Wimbledon. The Grounds open fully at 10.30 am although customers can be admitted via Gate 4 from 9.30 am onwards and have access to the AELTC Ticket Office and limited facilities until 10.30 am.
* In order to collect the tickets, you will need to show your confirmation e-mail from Ticketmaster, the credit or debit card used when purchasing the tickets and valid photographic ID (eg passport or driving license)
* TICKETS WILL NOT BE RELEASED TO THIRD PARTIES
Reserved Seating Centre Court and No.3 Court:
Tickets will go on sale each morning at 9.00am for the following day's play e.g. on Sunday 22nd June for play on Monday 23rd June.
Under this scheme, seat numbers will be confirmed at the time of booking and tickets will be printed on arrival at the Grounds. Entry to the Grounds will be through Gate 7 on Church Road. The Grounds open fully at 10.30am, although customers can be admitted via Gate 7 from 9.45am onwards (excluding last 2 days 5 & 6 July) and have access to limited facilities until 10.30am.
Each original purchaser must provide the actual credit/debit card used for the purchase along with valid photographic ID (passport or driving licence) and the confirmation email in order to receive the tickets.
The name on your credit/debit card must match the name against which your purchase was made, otherwise you will be refused entry. The cardholder must be present at the time of entry and must be attending themselves. The entire party must enter the Grounds at the same time.
Booking Tip: You are more likely to be successful for the Court 3 if you aim for that first. Keep refreshing the page from 8:59AM. The only thing to select is number of ticket and click search (ignore everything else, don't even think about trying to read anything). The second thing to do is to type the captcha as fast as possible. Don't try to recheck what you typed as that will take time. Try to get it right the first time and even if there is a single typo it usually goes through. Hopefully following this procedure will help you grab tickets tomorrow.
