Microsoft offers EU 'browser ballot' compromise so maybe Europe will get the same full version like any other countries in the world!!! Of course if European Union accepts that:
I'm sure this has been answered somewhere, but what's the difference between 'E' and 'N' edition? Do Comet send you a disk or anything?
E is stripped of Internet Explorer and N is stripped of Media Player I believe
Thanks for the post as everywhere else seems to have sold out of the pre order so are charging £159 or more.

UK editions apparantly will be full retail packs if you ordered the upgrade.
Is it worth getting this over the Home Premium? Only benefit I see is being able to run Windows XP programmes on Windows 7. This must mean programs that currently won't run on Vista?

I would prefer the features of Ultimate but haven't seen that on pre-order?
Just ordered one anyway in case it sells out. Anywhere still selling Home Premium for £49.99 as wanted a copy for the laptop.

UK editions will allow upgrades as the E editions have now been scrapped, and are supplied with IE.
sold out at this prize, good for people who bought that seems currys, dixons and pcworld are charging 159 and comet now 189 pounds,
win 7 pro is much more better to buy if you are planning to network your office or something, home edition is good but windows 7 pro for 89 pounds was bargain...
Damn! I missed out.
