Hi Coco, i did not mean to steal someone elses thunder, but i did a search for zoostorm and only found the link i put in above. Fatal Swan that posted the other deal that ran out of stock does deserve credit.

nikbob for some reason argos outlet which i have bought from before is allway slisted as test auctions - if you look in some of their other deals and threads people have mentioned it but not had any issues.
#9

I see that too, and I cannot find this auction in the normal ebay argos listing, only by the OP link. Wonder what that means!

There is also an ASUS 1001HA for £153.98 Item number 360329200988 (direct link wont work for ebay)

According to the discription it's got a full-size screen of 1024 x 768, which is a huge advantage. Many programs will simply not run properly on 1024 x 600. For me, this is reason enough to pay £30 more.

I've got the 1005 version of that & it does not have a 1024 x 768 screen - I dont imagine the 1001 has either.

Can anyone tell me how this will be packaged? I'm intending to give it as a present and i don't want my partner to see it before then.

This link seem to say it all.http://****.co.uk/TEST-ITEM-DO-NOT-BID-BIN-PP-/170580273927?pt=Women_s_Shoes&hash=item27b7606b07#ht_500wt_922Sorry, voted cold, first time ever!

The worst case scenario is that you won't get the item and will get the money back from Paypal in a few days. Very little risk here - I've had one before from them for my son and have now bought one for the OH.

I bought one yesterday, and the auction was worded as a test. Just had my despatch email so this is a legit listing.

If it's anything like the one I bought last time, a slightly battered retail box. About 45cm x 30cm x 15cm, very roughty. Black with a carry handle.

Anyone got any tips on how to get around blocked sites at work.
Tried the follwing to no avail - google an answer, proxy server, google translate, google cache.
Had to use my phone and it was too slow.
Missed out again!
These have come available again a couple of times this week so will have to keep my eyes peeled.
Well done to the successful ones.

Worst company you will ever deal with online. I ordered a netbook from them earlier in the year sold as Refurb as new. Sent wrong colour, dirty faulty incomplete. Replacement same stank of cig smoke. Both were clearly marked as faulty store returns and clearly hadnt been checked or touched.

Took 2 months from order to sending back second faulty item. Even then they didnt refund and had to get a refund via paypal claim. Complete nightmare to deal with check their feeback and now many negs they have for computer and electrical items. Its cheap but I would never buy from them again.
