the black one is an N Network adapter, this one is only a G Network Adapter. Last i checked the Black one was the same price as this too, so this is a bit pointless.

still think that getting a router and using it in bridge mode is better, I got a brand new d-link DIR-615 off flea-bay for £13, installed ddwrt on it, added an ethernet cable and everything is working perfectly. Admittedly not as easy as just plugging it in but its a lot cheaper and there are loadsa guides on the net. You also get faster "n" speeds as well as being able to connect other equipment to the net for updates, youtube such as ur bluray player/tv etc
