Perhaps on the merit of availability? Amazon are currently stating up to 4 weeks for delivery, while the item appears to be in stock at ShopTo.net.

2 or 3 days ago. Anyway, after the deal was posted here and Amazon had changed delivery date as sometime mid-late December. But checked my account this morning to see if another item had been dispatched that I bought in the same order. Shows:

Items dispatched on 27 Nov 2008:
Delivery estimate: 3 Dec 2008
1 package via Royal Mail
1 of: Xbox 360 Wireless Bridge (Required For Wireless Online/Live Play)
Sold by: Amazon EU S.a.r.L.

Ironically the other item which I am in more need of and which was marked as in stock is showing as:

Items dispatching soon:
Delivery estimate: 3 Dec 2008 - 9 Dec 2008
1 of: Glass Stand For LCD & Plasma TV up to 42" - Black
Sold by: Amazon EU S.a.r.L.

That's a result then. I'd suggest it is still possibly risky to order from Amazon on the expectation that the item will definitely arrive before Christmas. ShopTo *may* therefore be a more reliable option.

Hope your other item turns up soon.
