Have been looking for a while for one of these but always baulked at spending over £30 for what is essentially a very small cheap IR LED (I guess). For just over £2, this one has bulb and shutter release functions although some of the "official" canon ones may do more - but this is all I need to minimise camera shake without the restriction of wires.

Voted hot from me... shame it wont work with my 20D (since it doesn't have a built in IR receiver).

I bought one for my 400d and found that it only worked it was in front of the camera and pointing towards the front. This is okey for situations where you want in on the pic but not good if you are after a steady shot of a birds nest. i got a cheap cabled shutter release from Dx as an addition.
