Couldn't find it using search so posted.

I know its more expensive than physical retail pre-orders, but hopefully someone finds it useful! Payment probably taken immediately.

Eh, pre-ordered the Collector's Edition.

This is absolutely not a deal. £40 for a digital copy with no trade-in value? You can get this at £39 if you use £5 off £30 at tesco direct and even that isn't a great deal at the moment.
The general pre-order price will drop with coupon codes coming out for christmas so I'd hold on for a bit
#3
Why does PSN sell games at almost twice the price you can buy a physical copy for?

Just a heads up, and i dont mean to be rude at all - its all about "deals" - good deals.

Its not about "whats the cheapest price" - thats what comparison websites are for

Yeah, ok :) I've been loitering around the site for a couple of years so I get that, I just thought that someone going all digital might find it useful! But, by definition, isn't the cheapest price of something the best deal for that product?

When the PS4 comes with a mandatory disc drive you can't really compare it like that. You guys have steam which is so cheap it makes PC game piracy pointless, whereas we have PSN where sony likes to rip people off. Paying £5-10 less with the only drawback being a game-case on your shelf is hardly any effort, takes less bandwith, free postage and saves you a ton of money through trading in. Digital really isn't worth the extra cost

The current cheapest price of a product does not necessarily make a good deal. If that was the case, people would post every item possible from every website.

I don't like getting up to switch discs, and my butler puts them in upside down.

Heat added, OP. If this was a game I knew I would keep, like a multiplayer shooter, I would definitely purchase at this price - even cheaper if you buy PSN credit online.

Cold for putting disc-butlers out of business

Hot from me...

Whilst I would NEVER pay this price for a game.. if someone wants a digital version than this is the best price and a pretty good one in comparison to other games, seeing as digital prices for pre-orders rarely drop below RRP

40 quid isn't bad off the psn, fifa is still £60, gta £55, LBP3 £50 so it's not like a £60 pre order. This is a good price for a digital title.
