Bought this on Amazon the other day for £13 then saw it yesterday in HMV for £8! Double Blu-ray plus a DVD copy of the film included as well. Optional sing-along coloured subtitles for the songs.

Follow wide-eyed Dorothy (Judy Garland)and her ragtag friends Scarecrow, Tin Man and the Cowardly Lion as they head down the Yellow Brick Road in search of Emerald City and the all-powerful Wizard of Oz. Shot partly in black and white, partly in Technicolor, THE WIZARD OF OZ is a perfect juxtaposition of reality and fantasy.

Good deal, voted hot. interesting that there was a piece in the guardian on the effect on blu-ray on this and older films, where technicians working on this for example had to go back over and remove the wires and things which became visible after the transformation to blu-ray

Fook I was in 2 HMVs yesterday and didn't see this, to be fair I wasn't looking for it though. It certainly wasn't in their clearance sections, might have been in the general mix.

Funny article, well who wrote it.
"Shit don't look real" and "It seemed weirdly artificial, somehow, and watching it, I felt that I could almost see the grain of the film stock" http://i.neoseeker.com/mgv/D24-457591/591/19/facepalm_icon.gif
