Millarcat originally posted this in the old forum, but as it has dropped in price, I think it deserves a post in the new forum. This is a three disc special edition of the classic Wizard of Oz movie. You can get it for £5.49 from HMV, but there is also a 50p off voucher linked below that might apply to you.

Details: When Dorothy and her faithful dog Toto get sucked up into a tornado they find themselves in the magical land of Oz. To find her way back home Dorothy takes the advice of the Good Fairy and heads off along the yellow brick road to find the Wizard of Oz, who might be able to help her get back. Along the way she's joined by three sidekicks who are also looking for help from the Wizard, the Scarecrow who needs a brain, the Tin Man who wants a heart and the cowardly Lion who needs courage. Out to spoil her plans though is the Wicked Witch of the West, who will try any trick to stop them. A 100% guaranteed Hollywood classic that gets better the more you watch it.

This fantastic 3DVD edition is jam packed with extra features, which means you'll still be reliving the magic long after Dorothy has found her way back to Kansas.

Sorry for being an ignoramus - I'm a bit young to know much about PF - but do you know if Pink Floyd did this on purpose or is it just something that fans have done? Is the album the same length as the film and you just play them both at the same time?

I think its something that someone just discovered probably whilst tripping. You have to put it on a loop I think. Its just something I've read about but never seen it done. I'm pretty young and not a PF fan but I'm a muso geek so one of those things I've pointlessly picked up reading about

No idea Gav. I haven't been in a HMV in years!! There's a new 10% discount code that would apply to this item if anyone fancies it... :pirate:
