Why cold????
Unless it's cheap plastic or fecking curry paste at 10p you don't get hot votes...... This is quality cooking gear, try get it cheaper.

I had to laugh at that X)

You are right though, some people just dont understand what 'quality' means. Some things are worth paying more for.

I'm always surprised that most people would not spend this sort of money for a high quality item, which will last them a life time. However, they will happily spend £500 on a digital gadget, which will last a couple of years at max.

I spend £55 in 1980 on a Fissler (same as WMF) pressure cooker. After 30 years it works the same as it did on the first day.

Paid £94 for this last year.
Very well made. Nice feature is that the handle comes off for cleaning.
Only get one basket with it, which is a shame.
On the look out for another basket (without holes - for cooking rice etc.).
Very weighty, and I expect it to outlast me!
Excellent price at £75.
