Think... what does they word "reply" mean?

Can you reply forward?

Why say "reply back?"

Reply is sufficient!

Very patronising, I'm sure he's interested mate. Common sense can be irritating too you know.

Is this a new sport? Be the first to post one of the 4 Ministry of Deals offers on HDUK? :)

False advertising :(

This clock does NOT allow you to travel in time. I find out the hard way :'(

It's a "pet hate". Just like people who are deluded and believe that the 8th letter of the alphabet is pronounced as "haitch". No.... it's "aitch". Just look in a dictionary.
For some reason, stupid teachers cannot even teach their own language to children.

People don't say "fef", "lel", "mem", "nen", "rar", Wubbleyou", "yiy" etc
So, why say "haitch"?:whistling:

It's a website about deals

Anyway, I have to say I have ordered 3 times from them and all 3 came as advertised and in decent enough time. I hope that continues as I am sure you are both right that they are unlikely to be much use if anything goes wrong and you need to contact humans.

Have to agree with you there.

Bought a heart rate monitor from them 2 weeks ago and never received it. Contacted them on Monday asking for an update and they hadn't responded by yesterday, so I disputed the transaction with my Credit Card company. 4 hours later I received an email response from the company saying they'll be providing me with a refund.

So much for "we respond within 12-24 hours". Joke!

Don't expect to get the product pictured. I bought the mini soduko game the other day from that site for £2 and it came looking nothing like the picture. It was about half the size and looked no better than the ones the poundshops are selling with 2x3 grids instead of the standard 3x3! It's just tatt but for £2 I can't be bothered complaining to them. Just a word of warning.

I am glad I am not the only one with a bad experience.

I bought this clock from them last time and all I got in the post was some ****ing monkey counting PC game, I don't even know why I bought the clock as it is saying it's a Travel Clock yet it looks quite big and it also says it changes the time to wherever you are in the world, which you can do with any ****ing clock. Double Mug.

having received some sunglasses from them this week that gives u a nice "fog" effect, i wouldn't touch these with a large barge pole....
#18
I have bought six items from them plus they sent me two free gifts instead of one, that is their only mistake so far and as it was to my advantage i'm not complaining. All items were delivered within three days. Your comments have got me thinking though, whether to deal with them again, some of the offers seem too good to be true.

If you bought it by CC, dispute the transaction

I seriously think that there simply isn't any margin in the two quid to deal with anything other than sticking something in an envelope and on to the post office. It can't last because their name will be "mud" so either they go pop or prices go up.

In the meantime, it'll be like sticking two quid in a fruit machine.

This site will not last long selling faulty goods and with no reply to emails - Do not waste time buying too many people now complaining when items come up for sale on hduk - give it a miss
#22
this deal is not for me sorry

You too could set yourself up a business like this! All it will be is someone buying a load of excess stock from somewhere like this . You can then sell the items individually (usually on a well known auction site) and make a small profit. "Ministry of Deals" will have the advantage of being able to claim the VAT back on goods going into Guernsey and, for stuff under £15ish, not have to charge VAT on what is being sold back to the UK. I'd be very surprised if the more expensive stuff is declaring the VAT - the Customer could potentially end up with a Customs bill!

Feel free to buy more junk for 2 pounds only! ;-)

At least yours worked. Wondering what other use I have for mine!!!! Once warned twice shy when comes to mind.

Either you work for them or you havent bought from anywhere else for a very long time. :p

I think its individual experiences that make you choose them next time.
#29
Selling the cheap stuff like they are, obviously with practically no profit, they are trying to encourage new customers to sign up.
It wont help them though if the £2.00 delivered goods are that bad people are complaining about them! I just wonder what the "valuable" free gift is....and if anyone will complain about that
#30
Delivery is slow with this lot, but its arrives eventully, so its all good for me.
#31
got be honest , ordered one thing from ministry of deals and its was the frisbee a couple of weeks ago.

Well if they cant satify customers with orders worth 2, 3 or 4£ how the hell they expect customers to fall for 28£, 80£ :x
