At £6.99 this is a steal!

Which of course Eddie would have approved :)

Shame what happened to him, he would have most likely been face of company instead of cena, wrestling never would have gone PG, he would have been multi time world champion. Also he was the few that could play heel and face, both very well, along with Christian and Jericho.

RIP. I lie, I cheat, I steal...........I lie, I cheat, I steal.

Silvervision are FANTASTIC - they dispatch usually same day, all new releases are sent about 2 weeks before they hit the shops, and they do 10% off if you buy 3 dvds. they are brilliant, one of the best companies going for dvds.

Hot! Great price for 4 discs and was really impressed by Silvervision's speed of delivery when I ordered the Edge set last time.

Really good that they include the tribute episodes of Raw and Smackdown, though depressing that it's another set which really would have benefited from WWE scrapping their 'Benoit never existed' policy. They had some great matches together and I'd have been curious to see Benoit talking about Eddie on the tribute shows.

Back when WWE was great, Great Luchador. But his character wouldn't fit in the PG era :(

Silvervision have been distributing WWF/E since at least the mid 90s; wholly reliable.

No matter what happened to Eddie, WWE would have went PG, it's a market they can make alot of money from. It is true Eddie was going to get the title again, I think he'd be second or third on top on Smackdown for years. WWE's PG direction get's blamed for the product being poor, this is little to do with things being average. The creation of no new stars, the same few people being on top, horrible scripted interviews and poor storylines is the reason it has went downhill.

no - silvervision are the official distributors of wwe products, and are a niche website.
as they supply europe they send dvds and blurays out around 2-3 weeks prior to the main shops. they also have exclusives only available from them. and as someone mentioned on any order of 3 or more items, the entire order is discounted 10%.

im suprised a wrestling fan hasnt heard of them - the back of every wwe dvd has their info and phone number and a dvd insert with current releases. they have been going since the 1980s via mail order (when they were megamail) and ive been buying videos and dvds since 1999.

they have some great offers from time to time - and it seems the wild wednesday deal is back, so check back their next wednesday for another deal.

im giving this heat, just a shame ive already got it (i have every single wwf/wwe dvd release ever).

And why old men like man can no longer watch & stick to MMA. Shame though because in his era it was a great product.

Very nearly bought this from Amazon last week for £16+ but opted for the Ladder Match and Chris Jericho ones instead.

Great deal, supposedly one of the finest WWE DVD collections currently available and glad I waited for it.

There's a few other decent looking deals in the special offers section of the site...

The Rock: The Most Electrifying Man in Sports Entertainment DVD (3 Discs) - £9.99 (17.99 on Amazon)
Edge: A Decade of Decadence DVD (3 Discs) £6.99 (9.99 on Amazon)
Shawn Michaels: My Journey DVD (3 Discs) £10.99 (17.99 on Amazon)

no vhs, sold them when dvds came out.

its a lot of dvds, probably over 300? and that doesnt include multi disc sets. i even have the ppv boxsets for 2003-2009 (2010 when its out next month) and the wrestlemania XX deluxe edition.

couldnt say how much i spent, not as much as you would think as in the early days of wwe dvds i was buying them from america and selling them on ebay (since they were all deleted titles here) and i kept those i didnt have and made money on those i did.

its obviously still thousands, but i dont drink, smoke or buy drugs, so its pretty easy lol.

i have a bunch of videos up on youtube (my user name is the same as here) so check them out.

I also have the WM XX Deluxe Edition. Cost about £50 IIRC. Reckon it will be worth something one day?

It's interesting that him and benoit went out the way they did around the same time and just shows the pressure guys like them were put under to keep in shape and at the top of their games in the 'wwe'. These guys were the proper pro's that had been around for ever, even doing the business in Japan and I can't help but feel they are examples of a real life screw job by mcmahon and co. heck the business cost them their lives in one form another, not just a poxy match

yeah was about that price. im not sure tbh, maybe in a long, long time. it does have the benoit and eddie photos in it. and they didnt make many of them (6000 i think) so it could be worth something already lol, but i couldnt part with it.

also just a quick note - the bonus disc has the raw and smackdown eddie tribute shows except the smackdown main event (benoit vs triple h) and also doesnt have benoits very touching tribute. i know its obvious why, but thought id mention that.

true but benoit and eddies deaths were quite different. benoit went mad and killed people. eddie was clean but has past caught up with him.

the big shame is he died on the weekend and that tuesday on the smackdown tapings he was going to win the belt from batista. its such a shame what happened.

I will offer £1 (_;) Very impressive collection! Which PPV would you say is your faviourite? I would have to say mine is Wrestlemania 17.
