It’s time. To face. The first ever issue of X magazine!

The brand new weekly mag, from the makers of The X Factor, hits the shelves of Tesco and One Stop on Tuesday 14 September, and we’ll be bringing you exclusives on Cheryl’s Video and more.

Here’s what you can expect to see, read and generally get more than a bit excited about in Issue 1:

Seven Days That Shook The X Factor
What really happened when Cheryl got ill? At last, find out the whole truth, from the people who saw it all.

Cheryl’s New Video
An exclusive first look at her new image and listen to her new song, as she goes goth-ballet in the clip for Promise This. Find out all about the single after that one, too!

Kylie In Conversation
She’s been doing it for four decades, you know: the hardest-working woman in pop on a very heavy dress, how she feels about Dannii’s success, and the most personal songs she’s ever written.

Star Stylists Speak
Tulisa, Pixie and Elly La Roux’s stylists tell us how they get that popstar look.

Plus!
The best auditionees you haven’t seen yet, Simon on Louis’ diva demands, the CD Britney made us, men in pants, Marina’s wardrobe and Lady Gaga eating a unicorn.

Like the top shelf mags, newsagents need to give brown paper bags out to help disguise such fodder!

Regardless of the merits (or otherwise) of the programme, this is the RRP for the magazine isn't it? Not a deal then, more of a heads up.

It's a deal because it's new!

It is a heads-up - certainly not a deal! They'd have to be giving it away for me to get it

In the early eighties, sadly I used to buy C+VG (Computer and Video Games) magazine - they gave away a free trial comic called Viz !? More sadly, I thought it was rubbish and gave it away - I think this is worth quite a bit now. Not that this one will value, but just reminded me.
