bargain it has taken a year to watch 8 seasons on Amazon and nearly all I watch is xfiles. so 2 years Amazon at £120 and I don't get to keep them.

I believe he's comparing two years of prime to this and saying it is better value as you get to keep the media

That's what I thought he meant. It's quite clear really.

Edit: Oh.. took a year to watch but said he paid two years prime. I understand now.

First of all I'm voting hot the deal and your time to post it.
I ordered this boxset few weeks ago from zavvi,I had an issue with disk 1 on season 2,it won't play on my bluray player.So I contacted zavvi through the site by sending what they call message.They replied with short vague answer.I kept contacting them and eventually they send me a label to print,to stick on the box and they will send me another box set.The post office told me that label can't be scanned because is not they usual label.So I contacted back zavvi they said the new label they send it will work,went to another post office and again I had the same result,when I went back home I realised the labels where identical.As been two weeks and I'm not getting nowhere,there isn't a telephone nos to call,you can only write message on their sites.I contacted my bank because I paid by credit card and they will deal with it.I ordered lots of stuff from zavvi and I never had problem,but when you need to contact them is just a nightmare.I spend time to write on this post not because I got nothing to do but because I want others to be aware if something goes wrong you are on your own.

I forgot to mention I was thinking to pay for the delivery and hopeful get that refunded,the lady at the post office couldn't find the address from that label,so I contacted zavvi and told about it,but they answered back saying to pay for the delivery and I will get refunded.The problem I clearly specified there were an issue finding the address.At least they could tell me where to send it.
Anyway regarding this boxset is fantastic I had few years ago all dvds,but they picture on this bluray is very good.

Sorry to hear about your problem. The only time I returned something to Zavvi I did not have any problems. I know you have to wait a while for a reply but the label they sent me that time there was no problem with. You must pursue it and if necessary ask them for the freepost address for returns.

Sorry to hear about your problem. The only time I returned something to Zavvi I did not have any problems. I know you have to wait a while for a reply but the label they sent me that time there was no problem with. You must pursue it and if necessary ask them for the freepost address for returns.


Also I didn't realised it was looking at your previous deal that I got the box set,so thanks again.Im not trying to put people off from this deal,because it it a good deal,I remember the DVD boxset were £99 when came out.So a restored picture for the whole series at that price is good.Some people will allways say you can have on stream but I prefer the having the disk.Anyway hopefully it will be sorted soon
