XBL 2,100 Points Card - £15.21 at Amazon

£15.21 @ Amazon
Best price I've spotted online in a while for a 2,100 card. (it's from Indigostarfish.com rather than Amazon themselves - but I've never noticed any difference myself)

In stock.
Items for dispatch to UK will be sold by Amazon's Preferred Merchant. (Why?) Gift-wrap available. So is it actually sold by amazon or a merchant :?
#3
Indigostarfish.com is an independent Jersey-based merchant offering to supply goods to UK customers via the Amazon.co.uk website.

Never had any problems ordering stuff from these pls it's free postage etc etc - just looks like it was sent by Amazon when the items come.

They're NOT a marketplace seller, they're Amazon's Jersey merchant ..

HOT from me!!!

WHOOP WHOOP HOT. Well done

Great for them xbox movie download rentals!!! The future unlike that expensive betamaxtastic dodo bluerays

I would not be paying anything for movies from M$ (Video Nasty) at this time

If the infastructure for proper high speed internet was in place and no lag then maybe and at full bitrate

Good price for the points to spend on other TAT
#8
Not bad, I didn't manage to get any cheap points from Woolworths and there's no local Zavvi so perhaps I might go for some.

Though I fear I'll get GTA: Lost and Damned if I have these sat around which is kinda pricey at 1600pts (£11.58).
Did anyone finish GTA? Everyone I know got bored at around 40%
#9
Fallout 3 DLC, GTA IV DLC, Halo DLC, all coming soon, cept Halo.. ish.

Good deal anyway!
#10
I just ordered 2x 2100 points just now from here.

I wanted to get some a while ago at Zavvi but they sold out so i thought i might aswell get them here before they might sell out.

I think a better deal is to freeze the bank accounts of people who buy microsft points and then withdraw all cash and throw it out of a car window whilst traveling down a motorway.

I cant belive people actualy buy M$ points, and especialy to RENT movies, why not go to blockbuster, you get better customer service and not being ripped of by microsft once again.

And im not trolling, just simply stating the obvious because it seems they are so many dumb people these days that do not value money what so ever, no wonder the countries economy is falling apart.
#18
Never used points myself, but I guess I'll need to once things that I really want like the GTA and Halo expansions come out - so I'll remember this as it's a good price!

Drive to blockbuster, wait in huge queue, hope they have it in, hope the disk works, watch it that night or else, drive back, drop it off, hope they actualyl spot it and don't try to charge you late fees.

Vs, 1 click, download, watch anytime in next 2 weeks.

Yeah, they must be idiots.

And why is using the points to buy games any different from the games you presumably buy from GAME or Play or whomever?

And yes you ARE trolling, unless you're actually bizarre enough to actually believe that post at which point you're flamebaiting.

Crumbs! I didn't realise that the first batch of Fallout content is released tomorrow - Will have to buy some now.
#21
Grabbed one, mostly so I can buy The Maw! Thanks.
#22
Am I missing something? Why on earth do people think these are only for movies? You realise you can buy games with these too, right?

Anyway, nevermind... thanks to OP, ordered one for the upcoming GTAIV DLC and maybe The Maw too :)

Have you looked on ebay - I got a 13 month one for under £25 a while back - they emailed me the code and it worked fine. Just make sure the seller has good ratings first.

I dont undersatnd why people would use their points to rent moves, HOWEVER MS points are great as they give access to the fantastic selection of Xbox live arcade titles.

No before anyone goes and says how pointless they are, i sudgest trying them, there are some absolutly brilliant titles, even eclipsing a great deal of retail titles.

Including:
Sensible World of Soccer
Street Fighter II Turbo HD remix
Banjo-Kazooie
Hexic 2
Lumines LIVE

and those are just a few.
Not to menton the titles about to be released (NHL 3on3 etc.)

I write for Xboxlivearcade.com so no surprises i own a fair few XBLA games, and to be honest i spend a great deal more time playing them than some of the retail titles i own.

so instead of turning your nose up and scoffing at those who purchase MS Points for games i would suggest buying some yourself and getting some Arcade Games.

Nope and do not use credit card on xbox to buy them, there are plenty of deals around for live £32.50 from one of the deals on here where you get the piece of card in your hand for you to scratch or buy from sellers on ebay for £25.99 to £28 for 13 months and any card you get make sure to read description and take notice if it mentions UK (you do not want one that mentions US) and also that you can use to either make a new account or extend your exisiting one.

they have 15% off "weekend15"

Agreed, special mentions also go to N+, Duke Nukem and Braid from me
#31
Just ordered this myself for when the GTA DLC (Lost & Damned) comes out.
That is, if I can resist buying Braid or Castle Crashers before then.
#32
Get the Braid demo, then try not buying it! Beautifully put together game and good value.

I tried the demo. The music vexed me. But the game seemed great. The wee game dynamic reminded me of The Sands Of Time, but obviously utilised in a completely different way.
Yeah, I'd like to play it at some point, but I recently bought C&C3, Jericho and Viking: Battle for Asgard, so I've enough to play as it is. Not to mention finishing Gears 1 & 2 on hardcore and going back to Fallout 3 when it gets patched.

Braid is the best game on XBLA by far and one of the best overall last year.

Yeah, its much more subdued than most arcade games, my other half prefers it to chainsaw noises! It does some very clever (mind boggling at times!) things with the time manipulation on the non demo levels, well worth a look if you like puzzles.

Ordered 2 thanks op. Heat and rep left. Mostly use them for Guitar Hero/ Rock band I think.
#37
ordered. good deal
#38
I hope someone can answer me as I don't want to miss this deal.

I like to know wether GTA l&d can be bought using these points without having a gold account with M$ ?

Fallout 3 has been recently patched, although i've only seen really seen the odd graphic glitch during 40hrs play. Annoyingly the land is full of raiders again.

I've heard rumours of a price drop, I don't think we'll be getting it free unless Sony start to make a serious impact in the States as it's such a good revenue stream.
