Only 3% Quidco on hardware which I assume this would be classed as. You might be lucky....

Still hot though!

HOT....Good deal on the arcade pack, would rather pay that bit more for the Elite over the Premium deal though -

There should be a new price cut coming up for xbox 360. Most likely new sku models with bigger hard drives. But good bundle price here.

Can the lite-on have the firmware flashed?

Whatever, the prices on the current xbox's should drop even further in July / August. I only wish Arcade Pack had HDMI.

As for Xbox's with Bluray, I think it would mean a whole new way the xbox plays and reads game, basicallyu a major change in architecture as the Read Speeds of DVD I believe is fater than Bluray, making load times and online play better on the xbox

Hot product.
#19
wait until july folks, you will get alot more for your money,i heard they thinking of upping the memory u get with an arcade to 1gig and will be slashing the price of the console so that the premium is cheaper than the Wii

the price cut is only applicable in Northern America, we've had our price cut already. So unless you're buying your console from the states, then no it's not worth waiting for July 6th.

Nope no games console is free from breakdowns as you know if you google how many people have sent back Sony PS3s as well, neither system will ever be 100% problem free.

Ignore the posters trying to derail the deal...... HOT Especially the Elite deal coming with a high end HDMI cable in the pack....

Bit different buying a product and then finding it unexpectedly develops a fault than buying one knowing its really just a matter of time.

Exactly the same thing can and does also happen to the PS3,stop trying to derail ALL the 360 deals on this site.

As already mentioned, this thread is not to discuss your console preference- please keep it on topic

Far to expensive.
If you are getting a PS3 I would wait and see if they include these in the packs without jacking up the price.

Agreed, i have no idea why the PS3 was even mentioned in this thread.

is it worth paying the extra ££ for the elite when the only real difference is the HD capacity and the HDMI lead? I thought HDMI leads could be bought for about £10 anyway?

Is it true that new premiums are being developed with bigger HDs or is this just speculation?:?:

I'd imagine any news microsoft may have regarding new versions/price cuts will be held back and announced at E3 - 15-17 July.

For those that dont know what E3 is: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/E3

Well I will tell you why because the thread was a DISCUSSION on the high price of a controller NOT A DEAL so if I mentioned a different console in a "DISCUSSION" so what ?.

This is the thread you are talking about (Quoting) read the OP topic -"Dual Shock 3 released 2 July.....Finally! and overpriced" "Cant believe how overpriced these are!"
http://www.hotukdeals.com/item/207018/dual-shock-3-released-2-july-finall/

And why have you added this Juliet Bravo quote as though it was directed to me in the controller discussion ? ....

Try this if you think all cables are about £10 - :)

Total Delivered Price: £319.77

The only thing the elite has got over the premium console (excluding being black) is the bigger hard drive size (120GB versus 20GB) and also has a HDMI lead in the box (£2-£8)

If you think the extra money warrents the additional 100GB then go for it. Although I can say the 20GB is more than enough!!
