Please be kind this is my first post, and I apologise if this has already been posted!

As seen and purchased in store at Blockbuster (Letchworth) .

Xbox 360 Arcade with PGR4 and Halo 3 for free,

Halo 3 scans in at the till for £39.99 and PGR4 at £19.99. a saving of £59.98! I know you can buy them cheaper elsewhere, but if you don't want these games you can swap them for other games you do want for the full retail price. The guy at blockbuster let me anyway!

Also when you buy the new console you are entitled to a £13 discount on a second controller (wireless) at the time of purchase.

This deal does not appear to be avalible on-line but I was told buy the blockbuster guy it should be in all the stores.

This has been out a few weeks now, I got the deal the day it came out. Havent even opened Halo 3! PGR4 is fun but I find it slightly lame racing cars against bikes! Lucky I got Forza 2 aswell, that's more my style of racing! I'll add heat as it's good to know the deal is still running.
The deal is actually the 2 games free with any xbox 360 console, not just the arcade.. its been posted on here a few times..

i got the games free with my 60gig version...
same deal in zavvi.. altho more choice of games... not sure if pgr4 is included... but 10% off at zavvi with a virgin CC too :-)
good deal
Is the arcade a sensible buy over the 60GB?

You can also get a pre-owned 20GB 360 with any £22.99 (or less) game or accessory for £129.99 with six months guarantee. :)

thanks :)

Depends if you'll be playing games online really. I got the arcade because ultimately I can't be bothered to pay to play online and only really use it when my friends come over. The main benefit of the 60gb version was the inclusion of a harddrive but the memory card was serving me well anyway (which is part of the arcade version). I ended up getting lucky and getting a 20gb hdd for £18 in comet because I wanted to stick a few albums on there to have on while playing pro evo. I think it's just your preference. If you think you'll be using it online quite often then definately get the 60gb version to be safe. Can always sell any games you get with it to sorta help bring the cost down :)
