I know this has been listed before as store collections for a fiver but this is the first time I've seen this price available online and thought some people might be interested with the next lowest online price being around 60% more.

This was actually my favourite Xbox 360 game until Gears of War was released and even though it might look like it's a little dated compared to todays standards, it's an entertaining game, especially online and in my opinion, you can't find a better game for under a fiver including delivery.

Don't forget to go through Quidco to receive 11% cashback and if you have a reward card, you'll receive an additional 2.5% off the purchased price, so that's £4.31 all inclusive.

I hope that helps. :)

thanks gone for it

i know it's only a fiver, but i'd advise anyone thinking about buying this to play the demo that's on the marketplace first, because the game itself is pretty awful.

I dont agree. The single player is solid and online multi player on infection is some of the best I have ever played. Easily worth a fiver and a much better game than resistance was a launch fps title....

well, just my opinion of course, but i found the controls sluggish and inaccurate, and the online WAS a laugh at launch, but it's since been left for dead.

i've given this game a few chances, i've actually bought it 3 times, determined to give it a proper go, purely because i loved the N64 original....but it just isn't a good game, it has too many flaws and the SP game just feels like you're grinding through it, rather than playing through it and enjoying it.

it's the sort of game parents would use to punish a child for misbehaving, if such a practice were commonplace ;)

Thanks, game looks ok to me - ordered ......

Cracking game, this, and I'd definitely advise people give it a punt at this price. Single player is okay, but multiplayer is great.
If you do get it check the XBL marketplace - there are a few extra multiplayer levels available for free. Which I didn't realise until I'd had the game for about eight months. That was a nice little free bonus! :-D

There are loads of quality 360 titles at £15 and under now, have seen bioshock and mass effect for £10 recently, Lost Odyssey for £15, Perfect Dark Zero and Kameo for £5.

Its obviously a tactic of MS now to get some decent cheap titles out there to get people going, if you look at all the cheap games they are either Microsoft Studios, their IP or in the case of Bioshock an attempt to spoil a future ps3 release. With the arcade 360 falcon hdmi now available for £135 at some online retailers like shopto great time for people to be picking one up...

Got some great games still to come this year as well, Left for Dead (Half life boys zombie adventure) Gears of War 2 and Too Human, Fable 2 (all exclusives).

Also the likes of Fall Out 3 and Soul Caliber multi format and AAA wise with better online functionality and likely to be a lower street price than other console formats. plenty to look forward to.

Microsoft have no control over the price of games, the only thing they could possibly do is waive any licencing fees, which isn't going to have that much of an effect.
