  The preowned games i've ordered from Gamestation/Game are usually in pretty good condition, but the one I got yesterday was really poor :( disc has loads of surface marks, instructions are weared, cover insert creased badly and case really scratched up! Anyone ever requested a refund if not happy with it?

  There is some good stuff in there for the money Bioshock 2 and Mass effect 1 for £3.99 is a complete bargain. I got 6 decent games for £15.30 after cashback !

  Our copy for Halo and Farcry both at £2.98 were both in bad condition
  
  As said above the cover was torn, marks on the cd and bits of paper etc scrumpled into the insert
  
  Not very good, won't be buying a pre owned game from them again

  FOr a while they have been polishing pre owned games - Game do anyway so the discs basically look brand new. The copy of MW 1 I had from gamestation recently for a fiver basically looked brand new.
  
  At this price hough I am not expecting good quality - we are talking £2.50 a game for the 6 I got ! I will wait with interest to see what comes though.

  Getting a refund/replacement is really easy at GS and Game. They come with prepaid shipping labels to return via post or you can just take them in store and they will swap it for a better copy, give you something of equal value or refund your credit card.
  
  In my opinion they have the best returns out of anyone I've ever dealt with. You don't even need a reason and they barely ever ask why you are returning. I took a game back to them a few weeks ago that I'd ordered online to get a refund and then bought it straight back off them at a lower price with store credit seeing as it had a price drop.   well as i go on gamestation all the time i know they are liars because Red Dead Redemption was 6.99 on there website 3 days ago and now its 13.99 same with fifa 11 was 2.99 now 5.99 which i bought 3 days ago for the then price 2.99 Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 was 7.99 now 13.99 dont get me wrong some games are a good deal but why mislead people by hiking up prices then doing a BOGOF its wrong watch when the deal is finished watch how much the games you bought go down and then you will see how much you actually saved neutral from me i wont vote either way as i see good deals but what gamestation is doing is wrong
