nice find for in store deal, hot!

Just paid £24.99 for the drive with remote and 2 films, you could choose from any titles they had in stock. 12 month warranty as well. Not sure if it was a trade in unit or not but judging by the packaging it appeared to be completely brand new. Bought one so that I could see what HD was like in DVD, pretty impressive. Picked up Apollo13 and Atonement.
Now where can I find decent titles as hotukdeals pricing?

Not if your local store has rubbish films. Just bought Batman Begins, TMNT and Blade Runner with the drive for £35. The films alone would set you back £50 in the UK at the moment.

It is possible as i am trying to do that myself. Although you need parallels or (bootcamp?) and then using the virtual machine use windoes xp or vista. Once that is going you need to get a copy of powerdvd ultimate as that version has hd and blu ray compatibilities. Mtys elf however has parallels and the powerdvd i just need a product key for xp or vista.

Argh, but all the decent films are out of stock :(

Fine if you want 3 copies of Scorpion King....better deals to be had Instore I`m sure!!!

I just had a look and the only film in stock is The Scorpion King (pants).

And for that matter, the HD-DVD Drive is out of stock.

So... it's got to be ice, ice cold.

All the usuals are back in stock now online.
I rang my local store earlier and they said that this promotion will be running for a while until they shift "all the remaining hddvd drives" and that they've "done a deal with Warner Brothers to clear all their remaining stock" which should be instore soon.
