A recent deal for Kinect for Xbox 360 + a game (from a [limited] selection of titles) failed to gain any positive heat...

Buy a Kinect Sensor and get a Selected Kinect Game For £10 at Amazon

Cheaper Ebuyer (only by a quid but still cheaper)

It doesn't always include the game, unless you by a bundle which includes the game. Only bundles are available, so the game is always included.

I hope that clears things up.

Yes unless they start producing more games that are compatible it will just end up a gimmick that gets chucked in the cupboard

Hackers have already done this.

PC hacks are the most exciting thing about Kinect :)
Not buying one till the RRP drops closer to £70.

Not a special price at all.. cold

You will never get the games support on the pc because it wasnt designed for it. Total waste of time just like pc gamming.

Its outselling the wii if you compare launches I wouldnt expect big price drops its been a huge success for MS

Unless, for example, you could buy a Wii console for £70 so Microsoft may feel they have to drop the price of Kinect for Xbox 360 to compete...

Nintendo Wii Console with Wii Sports £70 (from Monday 24th January) @ Morrisons

PC gaming a waste of time? I notice you have a Fallout avatar, a game which is vastly superior in every way on the PC :p

Even without official support there is a program called Kinemote which can be used to map keystrokes to gestures.
My immediate thoughts are that this would allow an opportunity to open your Pip-Boy, enter VATS, change/holster weapon etc. I might have talked myself into buying one!
