Excellent price for an excellent game. Even if this isn't widely available it doesn't deserve the cold vote (currently minus 1), so I'm voting hot.
#2
Can you specify where your local store is?
#3
I got one from Coatbridge. Also got Nuts & Bolts for £5.

They had Undercover on the PS3 for a £5 too but I decided not to.

Covert Recon

ahh yes i forgot that detail, Llandudno North Wales

and thank the rest of you for the hot votes, i know due to the availability of the item it wouldn't recieve that much heat but its always useful for others to know just so they can have a butchers.

Games crap

If the game is crap, how is it that they are creating a sequel ?
i think the game was very good and for a fiver, you cannot complain. Everyone thought Dark Sector was crap in actual fact was an awesome game.

Now photo the scratches and grime and cardboard impregnation.

The rock band 2 I picked up at asda last night reduced down to £24.87 was terrible, all 4 of the disc's I looked at in store were damaged beyond use. I picked the best of the 4 but sadly it will have to go back tomorrow as I said above all damaged beyond use. It does not load . No matter on price if it don't work whats the point. No bargains at my store because of poor storage conditions. It's a lack of respect of goods tbh.

Urmm i cant photo the scratches because for starters on my disc there is none, do you want proof because i can show it to you, and there is nothing wrong with the casing. im sorry if your ASDA is low on quality but mine is not and the games runs perfectly.

good for you .. if yours was not sealed then how it escaped the stupid storage solution damage is a mystery / fluke. If it was sealed then there is the answer.

P.s make sure to install to your xbox hard drive after saying it was scratch free. I need no prrof.

There ya go then that is why yours will or should be perfect.. I have had a sealed game before that has damage as a few others have.. Someone in a really bad mood at the packaging point :)

You may have seen a different look to your disc had the Asda staff like most, have taken out the disc's to store in a draw whilst placing the 30 or so empty boxes the emptied into draw and place boxes on shelf and having none left sealed and therefore situation as described above where all 4 remaining games were damaged beyond use.

There was a couple of these in my local but they were marked down as £15. Also had Spiderman for PS3 and that was £20...

No idea why they were so high as got dead space last week for £10 which i thought was a decent price.

It's irrelevant as they have no working copies

The Mass Effect in my ASDA was 40% off, but unfortunately the 'RRP' was £50 so it was £30.

Yeah, I couldn't figure that one out either.

well 10% of £50 is £5 so x 4 = £20 (40%) and £50 - £30 is £20 = overpriced

Cold, reason i'm sick of these one off supermarket deals needless to say it ain't five squid in my Asda infact none of the so called Asda deals posted on here have ever been at the same price in my Asda.

I'm more than capable of doing basic maths, thanks*. I meant that the 'RRP' was wrong. It is currently £19.99, though I believe that the original RRP was £44.99 anyway. So I have absolutely no clue where that £50 RRP came from.

* Though I'm not sure what you were trying to do with your figures. On the numbers they have stated the maths is correct, with £50 - £20 being £30. Unless you were pointing out that the £30 is more than the £20 RRP, which is partially what I was getting at, but there's nothing in your post to suggest that you were. Just looks like a basic error, which would be highly ironic considering the (albeit not necessarily intentionally) patronising nature of your post.

This is one of my all-time favourite games, right alongside KOTOR 2. I played it on my nice shiny gaming PC, but it should be just as good on a nice shiny games console...
