DESCRIPTION
After the invasion of the Hidden Leaf Village by ninja from the Hidden Sound and Sand villages, the game begins with the epic battle between Orochimaru and Third Hokage of the Leaf Village.

As the battle rages between the elite ninja, Orochimaru reveals he has mastered a horrible new ninja technique. The Hokage loses the fight, but as he is about to die, he manages to make Orochimaru's arms useless, so that he cannot use any more Jutsu. His sacrifice forces Orochimaru and his lieutenants to beat a hasty retreat.

With the Sand and Sound ninjas defeated, the rebuilding of the Leaf Village begins. Jiraiya, a ninja master, is selected to leave the village and find the next Hokage - a ninja named Tsunade. He asks Naruto, now a well-respected ninja, to help him in his quest - and pick up some new ninja skills along the way.

Naruto's new abilities trigger the envy of his best friend and ninja team-mate, Sasuke, who has his own reasons for wanting power.

Sasuke is out for vengeance against his brother Itachi, who massacred their entire family when Sasuke was a child. Sasuke is shocked to realize he's still not strong enough to go after his brother. He was once the best ninja of his age, but now Naruto might be surpassing him.

Orochimaru takes advantage of the situation and asks Sasuke to leave his friends and his village in order to join his evil clan and become more powerful. Orochimaru's intentions are not clear, but the promise of power might be too much for Sasuke to turn down.

Can Naruto and his friends save Sasuke?

Grow up if noone posted deals there wouldn't be a forum

Onechanbara was supposed to be terrible, I nearly bought it for the 360 but after looking at the graphics etc I decided no no.
Either way good price for this, it's been rather expensive for a while.

I completed it before. It is a must game if you are Naruto fan. However, I still think that PS3 version is far better.
#9
i'll make sure to buy whatever you post next then, just to keep the forum going :)

i liked the first naruto game and like the anime and i'm even learning the rasengan but i just don't like this game, that's all

Fair enough comment that's all you needed to say in your original comment ;-)

reads the same to me but maybe i could have explained my reasons, it's heating up nicely for you now anyway :)

Its a hot deal as this game has been stuck at around the £15-£20 mark for several months.

I don't like the idea of voting cold on a good deal just because it's not to one's taste.
#13
Hot from me, already own the game - not played it yet but am a fan of the show and the demo was pretty well done.

And yes, there probably are better games to spend £10 on overall, but if you've an interest in this particular one then you'd struggle to find it cheaper brand new. I really don't agree with hot or cold voting based on the product on offer, people should be voting based on price. Find it cheaper then mark it down....

i'm even learning the rasengan

Hey cool, I'm learning the KameHameHa too!

As for this game, it was ok. The online multiplayer was decent, but the game itself had WAY too many fetch quests and for the most part was just boring (especially Gold Medal hunting, yeesh). In terms of achievements, I've got them all and it took about 20 hours or so of game time.

This game was awesome, you've got to play it with the jap soundrack and english subs

I got it free from my pals at Ubisoft to try, really wasn't expecting much, but got really into it an loved it, a good 15 hour game at least

H+R

I own this and the first one and the PS3 version. I lean towards the xbox versions more because the battles are more in depth. The PS3 version is all about bashing one button (though graphics are a lot smoother). I have started watching the anime purely down to these games. Now I'm a big fan.

Definitely worth this. However, if you can get the first one for this price i would consider it...as it has a better story. Just my tuppence worth for anyone interested.

Hope it helps someone decide.
